I travel to Jax often to visit friends and for work and this was my first time staying here. I initially booked thru Expedia however they couldn't pull up my reservation at check in. The front desk staff was super helpful and was able to book me a room cheaper thru the front desk. Room was clean, AC worked great, staff I encountered were very helpful and parking was easy and accessible to the rooms. This is a great area right off I- 295. Plenty of food options nearby as well as gas stations, grocery stores and other shops you might need. Overall a great location. I was a bit nervous being so close to the interstate but not a difficult stay at all and very affordable. Will definitely stay here again.

We are only staying one night but are impressed with this hotel. It looks brand new. The rooms are clean and light. A shout out to Mary at the front desk. She was so nice when we were checking in, that my wife said that she nearly wanted to stay another night. I later had a chat with her and she is a star. The location was great and the rooms were quiet. We highly recommend a stay here. At the lifts they had an board with activities etc. Photo attached. We thought that was a great idea

I use this hotel for work purposes. I stay there about 2 times a month, I had an unexpected work emergency and had to cancel 1 evening. Mind you I am a silver member about 2 nights away from a gold. The manager Olivia would not issue a one time refund. And on top of that charge your credit card and do not even send an invoice to confirm the charges.

I traveled overnight for work and was greeted by a night auditor who was extremely disrespectful and refused to acknowledge or properly greet me upon arrival. After checking in, I returned to the front desk with a concern, only to find her seated in the lobby on her phone without making any effort to assist. I filed a complaint regarding the night auditor’s behavior, and although Hilton created a case, the matter was never properly resolved. Additionally, I have been waiting on a refund since May 8th. As of today, the charge is still pending on my bank account. My bank advised that the funds have not been released, despite the hotel claiming the hold was removed. The manager was not helpful, and when I contacted Hilton directly, I was simply referred back to the hotel location. Ironically, after filing the complaint, the hold still remains on my account. This situation has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Due to the lack of resolution and continued hardship this has caused, I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Attorney General’s Office. I am highly dissatisfied with the service, professionalism, and handling of this matter by this location.

This hotel is brand new outside and also inside. Rooms are like brand new, the bathroom is like brand new. The Staff is very nice. For the price, you get a lot more. We are returning customers because we know this hotel is so clean and new.
