Love the Beach... the sound, the pier, the resort feel. It felt like a place away from the US. Almost like we were traveling but still stateside. Staff and food choices aims hotel were amazing. Parking is not the best ($32 valet overnight) but very well worth the stay. 2 thumbs UP

Absolutely loved this hotel. Perfect location, beautifully decorated with everything you need. The lookout bar was fantastic with fun bartenders and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. The beach was beautiful with easy to rent chairs and umbrellas for the day. Would love to visit again and highly recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻

Luke at Margaritaville is hands down one of the best bartenders around! From the moment you sit down, he makes you feel welcome and taken care of. His customer service is exceptional—he's attentive, friendly, and always makes sure your drinks are made exactly right. Luke consistently checks in to ensure you have everything you need and goes above and beyond to make every guest feel valued. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable, but he's also genuinely personable and creates a great atmosphere. If you're visiting Margaritaville, do yourself a favor and stop by to see Luke. Please take heed that this hotel does not care about you or your experience. We booked an ocean view, we have small children so coming to the beach that is a must have or we will choose to just stay home. I called after I booked to confirm my room, and it’s details. It was confirmed that we booked ocean view, etc by a staff member of this hotel. We arrived got our room and found our view is far from “ocean view” and instead our view is directly into a restaurant for $350. In today’s world we can’t even open the curtain with hundreds of people being able to see directly into our room while they eat and drink, especially with minor children. We were excited to stay here as we patron Margaritaville everytime we get the opportunity. Unfortunately, the manager didn’t really care, wanted to of course place blame on us and say we booked a “partial” ocean view and wanted to charge us $130 to move to an actual ocean view for just one evening. Stated that we got a good rate through Amex and so we’d be losing that rate and paying an additional difference. I will include a photo of our “partial ocean view”. Needless to say Margaritaville as a whole lost our business entirely, our family will never book any of their locations again. Customer service goes a real long way.

I stayed with my sister in May of 2026 . The hotel is over priced. Tried to check in earlier then 4pm (which by the way very late. U lose the whole day.) the women at check in was very annoyed .kept saying come back at 4pm in a not so nice voice. So we went to sit at pool. The pool says people who are staying at resort are only allowed to use pool. But people were coming off the streets an homeless people were swimming in pool . One person has a wrist band an ten people are swimming. Then a little girl was swimming in pool an she pooped In her pants. Her grandma just took her out of pool started to laugh an took the child to clean her up. She had no swim diaper on. We told same women at front desk an she said she would take care of it. 45 min later pool still open. Was told by gm that pool would be taken care of. She apologized for the issues I was having an gave me 4 drink tickets an said she upgraded my room to a suite with full balcony an overview . But it wasn't true. . then hot water in bathroom sink not work an shower not working. Repair man came an fixed it. He was great . I believe his name was huo. Stayed was terrible. But they make a great grill cheese. Thanks
