Great hotel! Staff was friendly, greeting you like friends each time you saw them. Bellhop Tony made us feel like family, and we enjoyed visiting with him everyday. Location was good for the reason for our stay. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food was great! Breakfast buffet very good with wide selection of foods. Sharon Russell is a great cook and made sure everything was replenished. Delicious cooking Sharon! For evening, I highly recommend the chicken, bacon, and corn chowder! Special shoutout to our waitress Deborah and front desk manager Erving. There was an issue with our room fridge, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and the problem was fixed. Thank you! Will definitely stay here again when in town.

Great hotel! Fabulous dining service at the hotel’s restaurant! Our server was Deborah, she was fantastic! We were worried at first because the place seemed to be filling up and she was the only server available. But she didn’t miss a beat! We would never have known she was flying solo! Our drinks were filled and our food was brought out in timely manner! She did a superb job! Way to go Deborah! Keep up the marvelous work! Your new Tennessee friends!

Rooms are clean, place is very well kept. Everyone is pleasant. Buffet was delish- shout out to Lynda for being so patient and nice to my children. VALET: TEN STARS all of them were so patient and friendly!!! they got my car multiple times on some Days cause I have two kids and was running around. I appreciate all your help Valet!!! Only negative is that parking overnight 36$

Great hotel! Isaiah at the front desk went above and beyond for us and we LOVED his energy. Misa at the valet was also wonderful and extremely timely with retrieving our car for us each time we needed it. Amazing staff. Will definitely be back.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Sunshine made sure The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with plenty of space and great attention to detail. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. Breakfast had a good variety, and the dining area was clean and well managed. Overall, a fantastic experience. Sunshine works at the front desk and she made me and my husband stay wonderful! Highly recommended!
