This place felt like an active war zone. Dozens of mattresses discarded outside of hotel with suspicious red / brown stains all over them. Our room had a thick layer of slime on it to where when you walk your shoes literally stick to the floor. The pool looks like it hasn't been filled in 9 years, the hot tub looks like a legitimate swamp/pond. (Still water) i booked this place for 2 days and checked out within the first 4 hours. They would not give a full refund, only half. They also require $100 deposit for check in that is separate.(UPDATE 3-10-26 THEY HAVE SINCE CHARGED ME ANOTHER $100 SECURITY DEPOSIT!!) When I called my bank to dispute it they said I need to call the hotel first. I call the hotel and they are telling me they never charged me $100. Don't walk away, RUN AWAY! biggest mistake

This hotel is in bad shape and needs repairs, fire hazard with electrical plugs, water from bathroom faucet comes out from around the bottom of the faucet runs under the sink onto the floor and also across the vanity. The person who cleans the room didn't resupply the room correctly only 1 bath towel, 2 face clothes 2 hand towel, nothing for the floor upon exiting the bathtub. 1 bed had 3 pillows the other had 2 pillows, The room reeked of smoke and weed it's supposed to be a smoke free hotel., we went to the front desk and they were going to move us to upper floor. Didn't want to change room as we're handicapped to much trouble. So they were going to spray the room ( I'm highly allergic to fragrances and chemicals) we say can't do that. We're staying in the room took and hour to receive 1 towel and 1 pillow. I wanted to make sure we were NOT charged for the pillow, towel, and sink problem. They also charge a fee for the key card and a any incidentals which is not on the choice website, $1 for the key card (non refundable) incidentals $100 and it takes 7-10 days for a refund or release the hold on my card, should be the same day as the room is clean daily! That $100 is a hold on my account. (Rm107) Not happy! Stayed Black Friday night 2025. Can not hear the highway from this room however there are rude people who sit in their vehicle and play loud bass music.

Filthy. The first bedroom smelled cigarette (despite every guest to sign a liability for being a "non smoking hotel"). Lots of cigarette bits in the hallways. Then I changed bedroom, and the bed sheets had hair and skin tags from the previous guest. They clearly didn't change the sheets! And the floors - ugh! Disgusting! The photo is from my foot from walking around barefoot in the bedroom. I complained with the front desk. They said they were aware of this issue (wow!) and they said that there was a problem with the floors, not with the cleaning. The so called Continental breakfast had only yoghurt and questionable waffles dough. No muffins, no butter, no cream cheese, no bagels or whatsoever bread. And the pool looks like exactly the photo I took. I left the place 2 days before the check out date. Non refundable reservations, that's what it is. Couldn't stay there anymore. Never more!!!!

I booked this hotel based on its 5-star rating and positive photos/reviews on Expedia. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different and deeply concerning. From the moment I arrived, the first impression was poor. The front desk employee was sitting with his bare, dirty feet propped up on the table facing guests. He was on his phone and barely acknowledged me until I spoke. The common areas (lobby and breakfast area) looked dirty, outdated, and unkempt. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, but things only got worse. The parking lot was filled with older, rundown cars and several junk vehicles near my assigned room. People were openly smoking marijuana right outside the room doors, which made the entire area feel unsafe. The property resembled a low-income housing project more than a hotel. The stairs to my room were filthy with trash everywhere, dirty walls, and an abandoned pool full of grass and debris that clearly hadn’t been maintained in years. None of this matched the pictures or description on Expedia. When I entered the room, it had not been cleaned at all — there were clothes, underwear, pants, shirts, and socks scattered across the floor and on the bed. I immediately left, took a photo for evidence, and returned to the front desk. The same employee (still with his feet on the table) apologized and said housekeeping must have forgotten to clean it. He offered another room, but I declined. The entire building smelled strongly of marijuana and cigarettes, and the overall level of cleanliness was unacceptable. I requested a full refund and left immediately. This place should not be operating as a hotel in its current condition — it felt more like a shelter than a legitimate 5-star accommodation. I strongly advise others to avoid this property. The photos and reviews on Expedia are highly misleading.

I went on a Wednesday so the week days was not packed with guest. The hotel is old, and had a lite musty smell when entering the room. But, I had Lysol spray to make old room odor go away. It is vintage a throwback to yester years that's under repairs and some construction. I got lucky with a fairly clean room, with two old full size beds, working old cable T.V., working old fridge, new bath tub and new toilet and "NO ROACHES or BED BUGS!" Thank GOD!!! I was really lucky booking in this hotel for $123.00 for two days despite the bad reviews. The staff was friendly but the breakfast sucks especially the coffee. The Swimming pool and hot tub was out of service. However, this hotel was located in a good shopping district near everything and it was pretty quiet at night. I was one of the lucky ones because I could see myself having a bad experience staying here especially on a packed weekend with some sketchy folks. But I went on a none busy weekday that was quiet and friendly. So, I give it a 2.5 stars because my car was safe in front parking lot, my room door had new strong deadbolt for security. The window had new glass. I survived it so, I give this hotel 2.5 🌟 🌟✨️ PS: Don't forget to bring your own pillows and bedsheets just in case.
