Stayed here for two weeks and had a genuinely good experience overall. Ariel checked me in at the start of my stay and made the process smooth and welcoming. D at the front desk has also been helpful and friendly throughout. The staff here makes a difference — consistent, professional, and easy to work with. Would stay again.

Conveniently close to 95. Big rooms. All in all it seemed fairly clean, but windowsill was filthy. Some dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, large closet, microwave, coffee maker, desk and two chairs. Bigger room than we are use to, but some minor things missing like wash towel, soap (for hand washing dishes). Saw a dog in the hall, so guessing pets are allowed.

I drove all the way from Atlanta and I made the mistake of of booking my reservation for the wrong day. Joe and the team at the front desk did everything they could to accommodate me for my inconvenience. Let me add the Jacksonville jazz festival was taking place on Memorial Day weekend and all rooms were sold out. Not only did JOE get me a room and still honored my room price, but they helped me with so much class and grace. He was also very understanding and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and I hope to see him again. Thanks again Joe for the great customer service

We returned here for another trip to Mayo clinic just about 1 month later. The Mayo clinic rate went up and not sure this is a good value anymore? We were pretty happy for the most part on 1st visit and overlooked some issues because they were renovating...however the renovations seem more on the exterior. The rooms are still dated and the floor lamps in both rooms had some sort of wear on them...the lampshades on all lamps were dingey and cracked. Our return room wreaked of cigarette smoke which surprised me as they clearly state when you register there is quite a large fee to clean a room smoked in.

Clean, comfortable, and safe. Well established staff provides a warm and predictable enviroment. Unlike many other places in the area the rooms are very well insulated providing more privacy, noise buffering from other rooms, and consistent room temperatures. Front desk is available 24/7, so check-in is available at almost any time after 3 p.m. throughout the night. You won't find this at most other 'extended, or long-term stay properties'. 100% Pet friendly. Really can't say enough great things about this place. Wash room is 100% free with big clean machines and plenty of room for folding laundry. Gym well equipped. Appliances available are the front (Blenders, crock pots, toasters, ect.). Gazebo area on the pond backs to a wooded area with room to spread out and no invasive noise from traffic or nearby businesses. Security is quietly present when necessary and with its guests needs in mind. Would recommend 10/10 times weather for buisness or pleasure. A++ *** Will update photos. Back pond area photographed.
