I currently live here temporarily and its nice. Definitely helped my kids and I when we needed a roof over our heads. I ran across the Stayable- West, from a random post that appeared on social media from the manager, Sage. She answered all my questions and even assisted through the application process. Jason was the first face I saw when I came for a tour. He was super friendly and even listened to what I was going through with my living situation at that time. He seems like he genuinely cares. He is still like that til this day. Always has a smile on his face! Janet, Sheldon and all the other staff have been helpful, friendly and so welcoming. You'll truly feel like a family here. I'm so happy we found this place.

We chose this motel for the price, and it served its purpose for a short stay. It’s important to go in with the right expectations. This is more of an extended-stay setup, with families living on-site, and it doesn’t offer typical hotel amenities. The pool was closed during our visit, and there is no breakfast available. That said, the room itself was clean and felt safe, which was our top priority. Jamie was especially helpful and took the time to answer our questions, which we really appreciated. This is not a traditional hotel experience. There is no on-site staff, and everything is managed through an app. Even when calling, you’ll be connected to an AI system. It doesn’t take away from the stay, but it’s definitely something to be aware of ahead of time. If you’re looking for a place with amenities like a continental breakfast or a staffed front desk, this may not be the right fit. Also, be prepared for a deposit (around $100), which seems to be standard for many places in the Jacksonville area. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and safe place to stay and don’t mind a more self-service experience, this could be a good option.

Very decent place to stay. You truly get good quality for what you pay. The inside was surprisingly very nice. The room, bed, and towels were clean, and the front desk staff were kind and patient. I made the reservation last minute and I stayed in a Single Room - Non-Smoking . Check-In: 04:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM. They are pet-friendly with only a $15 pet fee, which is very reasonable. They were lovely to my baby boy and even offered treats. The air conditioning worked very well, and the shower had consistent hot water. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable. The pool area is beautiful and fairly large. I also liked that the microwave had a safety feature, which is great for families with little ones. The fridge worked perfectly. They had a little play area for the kids. Looks like a big play house from the inside it looked really cool. They didn’t have breakfast but it’s okay, it’s in a very convenient location — it’s within walking distance of Waffle House, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts and a gas station.

The staff is lovely. Very charismatic and attentive. Shout out to Jason and Luna; great people. The facility could use some work, but besides that the experience was amazing. I celebrated my daughter's birthday under the plain on the roof and my daughters had a blast. I would say 9 out of 10 experience. I would definitely be coming back. Thank you guys!!! Love it!!!

The girl Toya at the front desk checked me in late last night. I loved her personality she was sweet and helpful she went over the hotel policy's because I had questions regarding my deposit. my room great for the price. I had a nice view my room even came with a Roku device I wasn't expecting that.overall I love this place and the staff seem like great people I look forward to coming back next weekend.
