Amanda at Front Desk gives the best customer service. She is patient, kind and very professional. She also speaks fluent Spanish. The facility is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a $200 balance on my gift card. I stayed there for one night and now I can’t pick up a $20 burger the next day it said it would be $60 but for some reason they’ve charged me an extra hundred dollars I tried to call the hotel and nobody will answer and it says the mailbox is full. Sad part is I stayed there on the way down to Florida so that means they probably robbed me twice for $200.

Ok for no more then 1 night. No frills, bed was Ok, but had seen its better days. I don't think floors were probably mopped in maybe the last 6 months? It's Like they say you get what you pay for. Went for a concert, just for a place to sleep, but will pay the more money next time.

Absolutely One of the worst hotels I have ever been to in my entire life. will never be coming here again. Majority of the staff are extremely rude and barely speak english. If at any point you need something the front desk ppl are absolutely useless. 99% of the time they are all huddled up in the back room talking , and you'll stand at the front desk for fifteen to twenty minutes before anyone comes and helps you. Workers will also go by pressure washing with no regard to any other tenants and will send massive amounts of water onto your room floor from the crevice of the door. I'll sleep on a park bench before I ever give this piece of trash hotel another dime of mine

The only good experience out of the 10 minutes we did stay here for was the older lady at the front desk she was helpful could not say the same ab the other staff. We went in the room to find blood stains on the comforter and dark patches on the sheets as well as hair pubes if you zoom in closely you’ll be able to see. There was also someone’s old key card thrown right next to the shower there was not one single hint this place had been cleaned save ur money.
