I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. I especially want to recognize Angellica, the manager, for her outstanding customer service. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Her attention to guests and willingness to help truly made a difference. Thank you, Angellica, and the entire staff for such a great experience. I would definitely stay here again!

DO NOT EVER stay at WoodsSpring Suites in Jacksonville FL. There are three of us staying in this room. I asked for some extras towels and a couple extra pillows. "We don't have those. We only have what's in the rooms." Strike one. We had just gotten our adult son out of the hospital after traumatic injuries. He cannot stand to take a shower and can literally only take baths at the moment. There's no plug in the tub drain. Back downstairs to the front desk (which, by the way, has a roll-down solid wooden partition and a bell to ring) to ask for a drain plug. "We don't have one. None of our tubs have plugs." WHAT?!? His attitude was completely nonchalant, unsympathetic, uncaring and cold. I mentioned the the property would be getting the lowest review possible. "Ok." I should mention a couple more things. We prepaid for an entire week beginning last night. We didn't make it because our son was supposed to be discharged yesterday. We tried to call the property for a couple of hours, to no avail. Finally we called the reservation line to inform them. The property still counted us as a no-show...for a PAID WEEKLONG STAY! Finally, the property smells like weed, especially strong in the elevator and the floors are filthy. There are a fridge, cooktop and microwave in the "suite" ( it's just an oversized room with the small kitchen area, no seating area). But there are no pots and pans or dishes of any sort to use for cooking in a room with a kitchenette. Who travels with cooking supplies? I cannot recommend avoiding this place ar all cost. Having said that, I review businesses honestly. You only need to read my prior reviews to know that. This is not a rage bait post. Although it could be since the corporate Customer Relations person said they would pass on my concerns/complaints on tho the property manager tomorrow morning. In the meantime, is my so supposed to go without bathing for a week?? Food for thought before you even consider this place.

We are in the middle of moving so we chose woodsprings suites best decision we made the staff here is excellent. And Ms Angellica the manger here is excellent she is very respectful and kind she gets things done right away if you have problems. Am old school i grew up on respect and she is great and the staff is also very respectful always say hi to you when they see you

They sold our room after we spoke to them earlier on the same day to verify our reservation and let them know about our late arrival time, in which they confirmed our reservation and said check in would be fine. We arrived and the reception counter was locked down so we called back and literally spoke to the same guy we initially talked to, only for him to tell us the hotel was full and that he never spoke to anyone earlier. The guy on the phone was not helpful and rude. He sounded like he was asleep and we woke him up. The hotel looked questionable from outward appearances with strange individuals lingering around. Not even upset about losing the room cause who knows what condition it would be in. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and the way this situation was handled.

okay listen yall, im not the type of person to make bad reviews on anything. anyways we got here checked in and went to our room and i went to get in the shower and the water was coming from the ceiling and the floor was soaked. then they moved us into another room, the towels in the new room had pubic hair on them, dookie stains on them. so my brother en law and sister went down stairs and grabbed more towels and rags, those also were very dirty and not to mention the pull out counch had MOLD growing on it. NEVER I MEAN NEVER come back to this hotel. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!
