Overall the cleanliness of the place was not bad. My 1 st stay was actually awful because the receptionist didn't care to mention the elevators were down before taking my debit card and charging it. The 2nd stay involved the GM being adamant on not realizing that the chemical used to clean caused me to go to the ER for respitory issues. On that same day I had to "bum" it somewhere else and set containers of vinegar down to absorb the scent. The next day I came back it did not work. The GM did offer to switch rooms and I did state to clean the from myself but she stated that was not possible. Disappointed is an understatement.

I am travel healthcare worker contract here at Mayo Clinic Hospital. I was assigned to stay here during my contract. The 1st time I had a pleasant stay. But this 2nd the manager named Joy at the front desk running this facility is bad for business. She is very racist towards her her own race. I never disrespect her or showed rude behavior to her. But I guess because my room was fully paid for by agency she gave me a hard time when it came to reporting my microwave went out in room 4 days ago. She has yet to get me another room. I had to call my agent to find another extended stay to get another accommodations for my stay til August. This hotel has lost my paid for business for three months all because the management named Joy wanted to get me a healthcare worker a nonchalant attitude like my needs weren't important to get me a room with a working microwave. She hates her job apparently but like her and most people they dont need to be in customer service at all.

Brenda and Joy have been amazing staff members! Every time I needed help or my family needed help they are on it. Appreciate them so much. The janitorial staff is great to, rooms have been good, 0 complaints from me

Since being a current resident here it’s been a pleasure it’s clean with no pests rooms are nice the manager Mr. Jackson is very professional direct accommodating to provide great service to his customers providing great customer service. His team is great! It’s a place my family is safe I feel safe my belongings are safe if that changed I would have to leave it’s some bad management out there running people away along with the lost of their money because everybody is not meant to manage. The safety is up most important I have me and my family here the property is kept up very nice clean no trash no having people littering all over or standing all over the property as I go to work very peaceful who ever reads this keep Mr Jackson the man doing his job and great at it with his crew.

Very bad decision. I booked for two beds and they only gave me one. The reservation was for eight nights, and the room was so bad I only stayed one night. I want my money back. There's no mattress, I don't know what that is. The room was completely unclean. I just want my money back. strong smell of pee not good I wasn't expecting this
