LOVE this property! Location is perfect for us (Southside) providing easy access to I-95 and JTB. Rooms are always clean and comfy. TIP: Take advantage of the online check-in before you arrive. On this trip we arrived earlier than anticipated (great traffic) and was there nearly 45 minutes before check-in. The Front Desk folks were AWESOME! When we asked about our reservation, they just handed us the key and immediately welcomed us! They didn't make s sit there 45 minutes waiting for the 4:00 official check-in time. Now this is GREAT customer service! Only other thing I'll specifically shout out is the security that is there for the overnight watch. If you have an early departure, that level of safety getting loaded and checked out is refreshing. Fantastic property....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a great night sleep before heading for a cruise. A lot of their stays on the day before cruises are us people who are getting on the big ship. Very accommodating I use room service to get a blanket as it is winter and cool. And they were so nice. The young woman at the front desk was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at the Wyndham Jacksonville was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. From check in to departure, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and well organized. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made the stay feel relaxed and stress free. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the essentials needed for a restful stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting, and the common areas were tidy and nicely kept. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roadways, which made getting around Jacksonville simple and efficient. Overall, Wyndham Jacksonville offers great value, dependable comfort, and quality service. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Super easy to access right off the highway, which made our stop really convenient. We walked in without a reservation, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and well-kept, with a comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, and lots of fresh towels. Got a later check out at no charge. Overall, a great, hassle-free stay.

This place is very unsanitary. The towels were a dirty dingy white. We had a nasty blood stain on the mattress cover that I reported to the front desk. They flipped the sheets inside out and put them back on the bed with the same stain. I even left a tip as I usually do and she took the towels were had and left us with one wash cloth. The elevator is extremely slow. There is MOLD on the counter in the restroom which is so small you can barely turn around in there. They ran out of wash cloths and they gave us the bath mats to dry off with. Unsanitary!!! I wish I could post the pictures I have. I'll go on another site and post them. In RESPONSE!! I DEFINITELY stayed at this hotel. The room was under my friends name. Here's a copy of the receipt for this over charged room and mold on the bathroom countertop and nasty spot on the bed. The reservation number is on the receipt. Also we had a friend in another room with some of the same issues. I can post those pictures as well. I have and will put this review on other sites to warn people since you want to dispute my review instead of doing something about it.
