My family all stayed here before and after our cruise this last week. They offered a shuddle which was important for us as were out of towners on vacation. The shuddle there was fine but the shuddle back to the hotel was a hot mess. We were told the shuddle comes every 10/15 mins however it took an hour and a half. When the shuddle did arive it had already made stops at other locations and airports so seating was minimal and a few of us had to wait even longer for the next one. My sister called and paid for a taxi she had waited so long and couldn't stand it anymore. Once we got on the shuddle we made 3 to 4 stops back and forth to the airport to another best westerns before we were dropped off. The staff were nice and were able to get us into our rooms early. The rooms were clean. Pool was clean. Only other complaint is the lobby furniture. It was so stained up and nasty I really did not want to sit down. There was food crumbs all over in the cushions and giant stains covering all of the lobby chairs /couches. Over all ill still give a 4. Just avoid furniture and shuddle. RUUUUUUUNNNNNNN DO NOT WALK!!! I mean DO NOT STAY HERE! My husband booked and I didn’t Know until it was too late but when I heard Best Western I expected this. They get your money and stop caring after the fact. We paid for shuttle to drop us off the day of our cruise and they were to p/u the day we returned. They instructed to text when we were off the boat and we did. 9:30a and no one ever showed. They kept saying h they were on the way and never showed. The hotel said there’s nothing they can do but you were selling us to pay for shuttle when we were there. Telling us how much easier it was to get shuttle instead of worrying about rideshare but when we asked for refund they stated it’s 3rd party and out of their hands. Anyone who takes cash for service, DONT TRUST THEM! They knew we wouldn’t be able to request refund after that. Everyone all of a sudden doesn’t speak English and didn’t understand what we were saying. The driver stopped answering and blocked my calls. If you know better do better. We assumed we were only needing 1 night because we were leaving for cruise but go with a better hotel and not one in a sketchy neighborhood. The pictures don’t look like the property and they will allow their third party friends to steal your money. They even allow their pizza delivery friends to walk the hallways and slide menus under your door. How unsafe when there are single ppl staying there and no security. This is the worse. Pic is of the company who stole our money and never picked up. Don’t use them!!! I wish I could give zero stars.

We stayed overnight before a cruise, and found the room acceptable for the price. The room was noisy, we faced the street, and could hear cars honking all night long. The room was a bit below average for cleaning, with the only main issue being that the alarm clock was still set to have an alarm go off in the morning. Front desk staff were excellent. Cleaning staff entered our room without knocking prior to check out time and were strongly encouraging everyone to get out so rooms could be turned over. They did the exact same to each room down the hall as well. The hotel is budget friendly for rates, but the shuttle to the airport was not running when we arrived at the airport, so that was unfortunate.

Do NOT stay here!!!!!! Rude staff!!!! False information about the shuttle!!!! I travelled from NY since 4am, looking forward to a nice day in Miami.I took an early flight so I could get to the beach for some much needed decompression. I’ve been waiting since 12 for the shuttle. They told me it would come at 1. Then, the shuttle drove right past me. I called back. They said I’d have to wait until 2, maybe 2:30. They were not kind, took NO responsibility for their mistake. From traveling and waiting I have not been able to eat or drink anything all day and I am now very sick and about to pass out. There is also false information about the start time of the shuttle for the return trip to the airport. The site says an earlier time but they don’t start until 7 or 8am. Follow up: I was finally able to get some food and one hour of beach time, only to return to my room with a dead bug waiting for me outside my room. I let that go. I finally, after being awake for almost 48 hours at this point and looking forward to a good night sleep (which is why we pay the ridiculous amount that hotels charge for a bed) I fall into a deep sleep. Ah, finally. NOT!!! I am startled by the alarm from their clock going off in the middle of the night. The manager out of spite had set the alarm to go off at some random time in the middle of the night. It took a while to finally find the plug to unplug the clock, so much so that (and those of you who are light sleepers know this all too well) I now, as exhausted as I am, can’t go back to sleep and I am now awake writing this addendum to my initial review. Again, do NOT stay here!!!! This hotel should be shut down!!!

We were happy with the locaton and the hotel pre-cruise until your staff attempted to enter our room along with the room of our 18 year old daughter at 2:32am on 02/20/26, the only thing stoping the entry was the safety latch on the door. Plus the staff did not even completly close my daughters door and left it unlatched until she woke up in the morning and found it. When I went to the front desk in the morning I was "blown-off" by the front desk and told "our audit staff was making sure someone was in the rooms because the computer showed one of the rooms as empty" UN-FREEKING-BELEIVABLE that the policy of Best Western is to have employees enter peoples rooms at 2:30am because the computer system is "off". As someone who travels and averages more than 130 nights in hotels a year I wil NEVER go back to this hotel.
