The location couldn’t have been better for sightseeing and exploring Miami. Bayside is right across the street, and everything we wanted to visit was just a short walk away. The hotel itself is fantastic. Our room was huge, beautifully designed, and offered an incredible view overlooking the port and Brickell. Having a full kitchen was a great bonus. The fitness center was excellent, and the rooftop pool was a highlight, complete with a small restaurant right beside it. During our check in Fabian was very welcoming and big help. I would like to thank the staff for the environment.

Great location, and extremely friendly staff. We got to watch a random fashion show with live performers by the pool- which was a fun unexpected perk! The fitness room was great, and I actually wanted to work out on vacation because of it! Ha. The bell hop, Fabian, was someone to take particular notice of. He, and several of his co-workers, stood out to us and went above and beyond in helping us with our MASSIVE luggage and uber communications. We stayed here before and after our cruise, convenient location. Our first suite (3 bedroom) on the 43 floor, was pristine and amazing view. We all slept really good with perfect temperatures and comfy beds. Our second stay in our suite, 24th floor, however, was not so great. Squeaky bed, fluctuating temperature all night, stains on couch, etc, and filthy hallway outside our room, was like we suddenly stepped into a motel 6, ha. But overall 5 star rating, would recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience at what is marketed as a premium property. We booked a One Bedroom Bay View apartment specifically because it included a washer and dryer, as we had just disembarked from a cruise and needed to do laundry before boarding another cruise the following day. Shortly after checking in, we discovered the dryer was not working. What followed was over two hours of frustration. We repeatedly contacted Concierge, Guest Services and Reception and were repeatedly told that someone from Engineering would arrive within 15 minutes. No one ever did. After nearly two hours, a manager finally informed us that the hotel was already aware the dryer was broken and that we would need to change rooms. In other words, the hotel was aware of the issue before our arrival, knowingly checked us into a room with a defective amenity, failed to disclose it, and then wasted more than two hours of our stay giving us false assurances that someone was coming to fix it. To make matters worse, the assistant manager we dealt with had a dismissive attitude throughout the interaction. I later emailed a formal complaint regarding the experience and never received any response. To make matters worse, we had already unpacked and started laundry. We were eventually moved to a studio, a downgrade from the one bedroom apartment we had booked and paid for. No assistance was offered with the move, and by the time everything was resolved, around two and a half hours of our one-night stay had been lost. The cleanliness was also below expectations, with visible dirt around the laundry area and hair left in the bathroom. The issue was never the broken dryer. Things break. The issue was the lack of transparency, poor communication, wasted time and the complete failure to take ownership of the situation. Having travelled extensively and stayed in hotels around the world, this was one of the most poorly handled service recoveries I have experienced. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Got a day pass with my family after finishing a cruise. The hotel is beautiful from first entrance and our bags were swiftly taken care of by a door man when we pulled up. The room was chilly, clean, and had lots of amenities! The pool area was very cool, clean and had a beautiful view over the city! Even the gym was impressive! Weeks after my stay, I had questions about my final bill. The customer service representative was very kind and went above and beyond to answer my concerns! Highly recommend staying here!

I had a great experience at the Elser Hotel. Jennifer was so kind and helpful at check-in! The location is perfect. The rooftop pool and restaurant/bar are amazing! Rodrigo works in the rooftop restaurant and he is very attentive and offers good recommendations! He provided great service whenever I popped in for breakfast or lunch. The staff here is truly amazing and made my visit so much better!
