So far, my stay at Habitat Residence has been absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, every staff member has made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The hospitality, professionalism, and kindness here truly stand out. The room is beautiful with great amenities. The team deserves recognition for creating such a warm and enjoyable atmosphere this is why I want to send a special thank you to Ray and Juan, who have both been exceptional throughout my stay so far. Their positive attitude, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests make such a difference and truly elevate the experience. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. I’m truly enjoying my time here and I hope the remainder of my stay continues to be just as wonderful! So far loving it!!!!

I had a great experience during my stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. Monica and Juan were absolutely amazing—they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were both friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their positive attitudes truly made my stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience, and I’ll be returning again!

Habitat Residence was a 10/10 experience. Juan was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The hotel is in a quiet location, yet still very central. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket. The center of Brickell is within 5-10 minutes' walking distance. The room was very clean and well maintained. We loved the roof terrace with its view of the skyline. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. I must give special mention to Gerald, with whom I had a very nice chat and who gave me tips for my evening in Miami.

Update May 2026: This company went through a bankruptcy sale. CozySuites acquired Habitat formally known as Roami out of bankruptcy. 9 months after staying there for only 1 night, I received a debt collection notice for the full amount (12 nights). We only stayed 1 night and they promised to refund it. Read the negative reviews. There was nothing positive about this place. Original review — Sept 2025: Local here. This was the worst rental experience I’ve had in Miami, and based on the other 1-star reviews, it looks like others have had similar issues. We booked 12 nights while house hunting and left after 1 night because of the condition of the unit. The 1st unit was dirty — greasy surfaces, fingerprints, hair, crumbs, and what looked like pet urine on the floor. The 2nd unit smelled like mold. The 3rd unit was cleaner, but it wasn’t the unit we booked. The next day, our original unit still hadn’t been cleaned properly. When we raised it, staff told us they were doing us a “courtesy” by cleaning it. The internet didn’t work, and our experience with the staff was frustrating and dismissive. Roami / Habitat clearly has a very different standard for what’s acceptable. The biggest issue for me was the refund process. They promised a full refund but never processed it. After my credit card company refunded the disputed charge, I later received a collection notice for the same amount. Posting so others are aware. I wouldn’t stay with Roami / Habitat again.
