We only stayed here for one night and everything was perfect! We got an upgrade to an ocean view room, where we could see the cruise port and enjoy watching the ships leave. We ordered room service and the food was delicious - some of the better hotel food we’ve had. The bathroom amenities were stellar. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner smelled fantastic. Great walking distance to everything. The valet was pricey but so organized! When we arrived, they were quick to take our bags and they were delivered shortly after getting to our room. Same when leaving - as our car was pulled up to the valet, the bags arrived downstairs at the same time. Thanks for the great experience!

We always stay here the night before our cruises and absolutely love it. This hotel is beautiful, spotless, and in a great location. The staff are all so helpful, kind and professional. Again 5 star! We usually eat at ToroToro, the hotel restaurant, the food is always five star! The executive chef personally came to my table this trip to confirm my food allergies and cooked me the most delicious Salmon ever! Thank you!

Really nice hotel. The service staff is super friendly, respectful and polite. The location is unbeatable. It's not a brand new hotel and some things look a bit old and worn but it's super clean. The beds and pillows are the best because they put 6 pillows for every bed which is awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

I had an exceptional stay at the InterContinental Miami and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of Bayside, Bayfront Park, the cruise port, and the ocean. It was incredibly spacious, luxurious, and comfortable—perfect for both relaxing and taking in the scenery. A special thank-you to Genesis, the front desk manager, who truly went above and beyond to make me feel celebrated during my birthday weekend. Her thoughtfulness and genuine hospitality made the stay even more memorable and set the tone for the entire visit. The property is ideally located in the heart of it all. It’s within walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars and directly across from the iconic Brickell area and Bayfront Park, which made it easy to walk around and explore. That said, it is a very busy area, so be sure to factor in traffic when getting in and out of the hotel—especially when there are concerts or major events happening nearby. The hotel lobby is beautiful and very inviting, and every employee we encountered was courteous, professional, and eager to help. The pool is on the smaller side, but still a nice spot to relax. I also highly recommend the Club Level—it was absolutely worth it for the amazing food, snacks, and drinks, and it really elevated the overall experience. I will definitely be back to this property and highly recommend the InterContinental Miami to anyone looking for a luxurious stay, excellent service, and an unbeatable location.

Really great hotel. Excellent staff (which is the most important). I'm "a poor" so it's the most high end hotel I've been too. I wasn't sure of proper etiquette with everything but the staff were amazing to us nonetheless. The room was good with an ocean (bay?) view which I and the kids absolutely loved. Would recommend this place to anyone.
