Super cool hotel and amazing location! Most everything you want is within walking distance! Self check-in but super friendly staff to help you through the process. The room are tiny! When I say tiny, think of a cruise ship and think smaller, you can’t even walk around the bed. Besides that, the hotel is clean, great amenities and closed to everything. There’s a CVS across the street for your wine 🍷 needs prior to boarding your ship! About close as you can get to the cruise port! Perfect for 2 people to crash before sailing out the next day. We even got a 2pm late check out. Breakfast is $20pp. If you’re interested. Starbucks is 1 min walk right outside the hotel.

Sigh. Where to begin? citizenM's rooms are meant for ONE PERSON. If you don't understand this, you're not going to have a good time. Everything is minimalist and a la carte. Rooms are purposefully missing basic amenities and that's by design. That said: Controlling the room with the iPad sucks - period. Checking in is all via iPad as well so if you suck with tech then you're going to hate it here immediately. Thankfully there are backup switches on the wall of the room or I would have been hosed. I hate that I didn't get to pick what floor my room was on. The food here is not good, so go somewhere else. The elevators are finicky and won't work sometimes. Breakfast is EXPENSIVE AS HELL for no discernible reason. Walking to anywhere from here is a pain given all the crosswalks, so you'll learn to jaywalk quickly. A lot of road noise if you make the mistake of getting an East-facing room (Don't get an East facing room). The rooftop pool is tiny and best for just looking at. Pros: The mattress is firm but very comfortable. The "living room" is chill. That's it - those are the pros. Overall, this place is best for solo travelers who are here for 2 nights max. Any longer and you're going to suffer.

Very inexpensive, central/safe location, and modern interior. The rooms are really small but worth the price and enough storage for 1-2 people without a lot of stuff. Breakfast was really delicious. They designed the whole hotel to be small and compact but efficient. Love the ability to cancel the room without penalty option. The only reason I removed a star was because it's really hard to call them and I've been on hold for almost an hour before. Also we had so many issues with our first room, so they moved us to another room in the middle of the night which was a really big hassle. But Alberto called to offer his apologies and to offer compensation options which was really nice and made up for the initially very stressful beginning. Other staff also helped along the way with this. The best thing was how nice and chill everyone was and how they tried to accommodate. Last thing I would point out is that the Ubers and Lyfts would take forever to come to the hotel so plan ahead of time.

Very small rooms but that’s the vibe, community, don’t stay in your room, you stay in lobby which is very welcoming. Rooms are very clean, good lay out, and everything is controlled by an iPad which is great. Good if you’re just coming for a few days and like to work in the lobby.

Great location Quality and management is off here leaving staff confused and taking on angry customers. The flow makes no sense. I came in late and bit it to try the food at hotel. It was horrible. Canned salads was bitter, avocado was bitter, jalapenos made me sick I think. No water in the room. The loaded chicken nachos, all the chicken fits on one chip…… The team there didn’t seem too happy to work there. Always treat your people well. Google say this is 4 star hotel? Location yes. Everything else no. This hotel is like 300$ a night most of the time..
