We stayed here the night before our cruise, and it is close to the port. They also offer transportation to the ports. Very nice hotel that is reasonably priced. Everything was clean and well maintained. The bistro is open late with pretty good food. The breakfast was also good.

Location was good. Certain staff members were not so friendly at front desk and the staff working the bkfst. Bkfst was til 9:30 which is too early to close in our opinion. Staff quickly putting food away ( Alba specifically was rudely putting everything away as we tried to get a little to eat) before we could get bkfst that is included in the high price we paid to stay here for 4 nights. Plus the lobby was chaotic waiting til 3pm to check in after getting here early in the morning. Had to sit in lobby this morning cause nowhere to sit in dining area. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. Plenty of other places to stay where we will be better accommodated.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Comfort Inn & Suites Miami Brickell. I made a reservation for 1 room on April 17 and another reservation for 2 rooms on April 18. Things already started off poorly: we tried to contact the hotel on April 17 both by phone and through Booking.com, but received no response at all. Upon arrival, the front desk informed us that we would need to check out at 11:00 AM on April 18 and only return at 3:00 PM for a new check-in — even though we already had a continuous reservation. After a lot of questioning, a staff member finally resolved the issue by blocking the room, avoiding this completely unnecessary inconvenience. In other words, there was a solution, but the staff lacked preparation and organization. Another major issue was the valet service. The hotel charges $49.95 per day, yet when we arrived late at night, we were forced to park the car ourselves because there was no valet staff available. To make matters worse, we had an uncomfortable interaction with the security guard on April 18, who pressured us to park the car ourselves, even though we were paying for valet service that clearly was not being provided. Completely unacceptable. The breakfast was also very disappointing: extremely long lines and a setup that clearly cannot handle the number of guests. Total disorganization. On the second day, when we received the second room on the third floor (supposedly non-smoking), the entire hallway smelled strongly of marijuana. A clear lack of control and respect for guests who choose a non-smoking environment. In addition, one of the rooms was facing the street, and the noise level from traffic was unbearable — it was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. For a hotel that claims to be 4-star, proper soundproofing should be a basic standard to ensure guest comfort, which is clearly not the case here. Honestly, this hotel is far from deserving the 4-star rating it advertises. It was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I will never stay here again and definitely do not recommend it.

I recently stayed at the hotel and honestly had a very good experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent—the staff was always friendly and willing to help with anything. I would especially like to highlight the receptionist, Gimena, who was very kind and provided excellent service from the moment I arrived until I left. That kind of attention really makes a difference and adds a lot to the overall stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made my stay very pleasant. In addition, the facilities in general were well-maintained and in great condition. The location is also a strong point, as it makes it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Without a doubt, it’s a place I would return to and highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great service.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had , both for noise and safety. First room (1610): constant highway noise, loud HVAC, a second door to the corridor right by the bed letting in light and noise… and earplugs already on the nightstand, which clearly isn’t mentioned when you book. We had an almost sleepless night and missed breakfast. We were moved only after insisting to speak to a manager. Second room (301) was quieter outside, but the corridor door was badly fitted (big gap, noise and light) and I discovered you could open it from the hallway even when it was supposed to be locked. Maintenance later fixed it, proving it was a real defect. Despite all this, the hotel refused any meaningful compensation and only offered a token gesture. Poor comfort, serious safety concerns, and a worrying lack of transparency about what you actually get for the price. I would not stay here again.
