Born, and raised in Miami— this is the only hotel I'll stay at long term. The best of the best. Especially if you utilize your Hilton honor membership which I highly recommend signing up for. Thank you to all the staff from the cleaning crew, to the front desk, to the lady checking breakfast vouchers. Every time I stay here, it reminds me why this is the only hotel I'll stay at. I've been renting here since 2007 so you can imagine I've been coming here for nearly 2 decades! Since I was old enough to rent, and back then you only had to be 18+. Other than the age check in which is great they upped it to 21, the hotel gives me nostalgic vibes, and I will say this with certainty.. The hotel management and front desk truly go above and beyond to meet your accommodations accordingly. If you're searching for a good hotel very close to M.I.A. look no further— This is the place for you, and your loved ones. Family oriented, the continental breakfast is A1, the pool area is very clean, and the entire hotel has been kept up to date. Thank you for putting up with me and my scooter for an entire week. You guys made my moving process a breeze with no worry. 10/10 Definitely recommend.

Overall the experience was better than expected. From the concierge to waiter at the restaurant was extremely satisfying. And the food. Ohh my God the food, was cooked exactly as asked. The waiter recommended a few dishes, can't thank him enough. If I would have to pick the downside, it would be the fact that it's close to the airport. You can't hear the planes at all in the hotel, but the pool is a different story. With the price of admission and the entire experience in general, trumps the noise of aircraft on the in the pool area.

We were here unexpectedly, as what should have been a short connection between our flight from Buenos Aires and onwards to Boston was interrupted with the big snow storm in the North East. We arrived at the hotel after a night flight very early - about 6am and inquired about an early check in. The hotel had been full so we did have to wait until about 11 for a room to be cleaned but the front desk staff - both before and after the 7am shift change were very helpful. They gave us coupons for breakfast for that morning and the next as well as drinks for the evening. When the room on the 10th floor, with a great view, did become available we enjoyed the (little outdated) shower. It is a huge room, separate sleeping and living areas. We participated in the happy hour and had a very nice complimentary breakfast the next morning. The surrounding area is not the best part of Miami, but if you need a hotel very close to the airport then the Embassy Suites is highly recommended.

We stayed overnight before our cruise out of Port of Miami the next day. I have to say the front desk was great. I paid extra for a "balcony room" but was super disappointed with no furniture to sit on, just a dirty concrete pad? Was also connected to another room outside. But the room itself was clean enough. Pool was great, wish it had a bit more shade options. The breakfast was a bit chaotic, but good. Had trouble with silverware. No spoons available. The shuttle service to the port was organized, and on time. We were impressed. My boyfriend somehow left his cell phone at the hotel, and another shuttle driver actually met us at the port, saving us from a horrible situation for the week. That was amazing. Would absolutely use again, but would not upgrade my room.

I got this hotel because I was coming in for a cruise. I will say if you are not renting a car. You’re going to have to catch Lyft / Uber and it can get expensive because nothing is close to this location. The rooms are nice, but it was a roach in my room. I understand it is close to the airport, but I didn’t get sleep at all. Trains and airplanes constantly going. ( just be mindful of that) Nevertheless I’m glad it was in a safe location and the staff was very friendly.
