It was a very pleasant stay during my short trip to Miami. The staff were all very accomodating and quick to respond. The room was clean and area was peaceful, however it is about 10-11 minute to the nearest public transportation. The buses are pretty slow here though so I would recommend just renting a car or ubering.

Relaxing Stay for a Solo Trip I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Miami during my solo trip. The location was very convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants, and it felt comfortable and safe for a solo traveler. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I really appreciated the overall ambience of the property. The staff was polite and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. It was a relaxing stay, perfect for unwinding and enjoying Miami at my own pace. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, especially solo travelers.

After a 3 day stay in the deluxe suite, my boyfriend and I decided that we’ll be staying at this hotel every time we visit Miami. The design and vibe has such a home-like feel. It really complimented the neighborhood in a way that most hotels miss. It was obvious that the design decisions were carefully thought through. From the flowy, soft curtains that yielded view to the Miami skyline at night and roosters calling in the morning…to the beautiful tile in the bathroom that met a small window in the shower offering views of little Havana. As a lover of art and culture, the design and comfortability of this hotel was both refreshing and inviting. As for logistics, the lobby is shared with the hotel upstairs and there is no “check in desk” as typically offered at other hotels. All communication (keys, Linnen replacement, etc), is through a texting app. There are a small number of staff that are typically sitting downstairs. They are always extremely friendly and available to help with anything. The texting service was super fast to respond to our needs (Less than 5-10 min response time). The biggest downfall was the fire alarm that seemed to go off at random times. The building is older and though it has been remodeled, the finicky fire alarm was a loud reminder of the building’s age. During our 3 day stay, it went off twice (at midnight and 8pm). It didn’t interrupt our plans or bother us much because it goes off in about 2-3 min. However, I can imagine that being an issue for guests with children or that simply want uninterrupted rest.

Recently stayed here as part of a vacation with my dad and overall really enjoyed it! It's a pretty hotel that's well decorated and that they definitely put a lot of money into renovating. There's a pretty restaurant on the rooftop as well. The hotel: I think this is a great place to stay if you're looking for a stylish spot that's at a reasonable price point compared to other hotels in the area. It was very clean and check in/out was smooth. The amenities are on the basic side- no breakfast options, no pool/outdoor areas, not the most walkable area, and as others mention, street parking nearby can be tough. Rooms are nice, I loved that they had a bunk bed room with two queens, which is ideal for staying with a parent imo! Only complaint I have on the rooms is that the light switch for the bathroom also turns on the fan and the fan is suuuuper loud, so hard to not wake each other up if someone needs the bathroom. The service: With everything being digitized and there being no communal areas other than the small lobby, I wouldn't call staying here an 'experience', it leaned somewhat impersonal to me. At the same time, the reduced staffing and real estate is probably part of how they manage to keep costs low, so I get it. If you're an introvert who wants a nice place to crash in the evenings and don't mind the lack of interaction, this is the perfect spot for you : ) I will add that the staff were super communicative via text to answer any questions, and I received a phone call after each of my stays from a staff member to ask me how my stay went, which was a really nice touch. They even offered an unsolicited $60 refund because we had the fire alarm go off a couple times during our stay. In general, enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back/book their other properties.
