Check-in was a smooth and pleasant process. Gizem, the supervisor, noticed that I was a Diamond member and kindly upgraded my room, which was a wonderful surprise. She also took the time to check on me during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed, which I truly appreciated. The front desk attendant was welcoming and provided helpful information about the property and amenities. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. Cruisers, this hotel is perfect for a stay before or after your cruise.

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton Downtown Miami. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was absolutely massive and had stunning views overlooking Miami. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough to help throughout our stay. The pool area was always spotless, clean, and well maintained. The restaurant food was fabulous with huge portions and excellent quality. Overall, a fantastic hotel experience and we would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Hilton Miami Downtown and found it to be a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city. The hotel has a modern, business-friendly feel with large windows that give great views of either the Miami skyline or Biscayne Bay. The rooms are spacious and practical, with comfortable beds, work desks, mini-fridges, and big floor-to-ceiling windows that let in a lot of natural light. It’s the kind of hotel that works well whether you’re traveling for business or just visiting Miami for a few days. One thing I liked was the rooftop pool and fitness center, which are great for relaxing after a long day. There are also a few dining options inside the hotel, including a restaurant, a lounge bar, and even a Starbucks for quick coffee in the morning. The location is also pretty convenient. It’s in the northern part of Downtown Miami, only a short drive from PortMiami, Wynwood, and South Beach, which makes it a popular choice for cruise travelers and tourists. Overall, Hilton Miami Downtown isn’t the most luxurious hotel in Miami, but it offers solid comfort, good views, and a convenient location, making it a reliable option for a stay in the city.

I suggest Hilton starts to control events it organise at the roof top. 6 hours of wedding nonstop. Speakers were blowing as if it was not a wedding at small space, but an open air festival. I am not sure, why management things people enjoy it every time? Why sound placement, tremble and bass are not controlled? Why speakers are directed to resident area?

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Hilton property. My sister was listed on the reservation and attempted to check in on my behalf. Before arriving, I called Hilton’s 800 number and was specifically told that this would not be an issue. However, when my sister arrived, she was denied check-in because I was not physically present to show my ID. Both Arianna, who identified herself as the manager, and Alondra at the front desk refused to assist despite the information I had been given by Hilton customer service. Their lack of understanding, compassion, and willingness to help was very frustrating, especially as a loyal guest who has stayed at this hotel numerous times without ever encountering a problem. To make matters worse, after paying full price for the room, I was assigned a room with a view of a generator rather than the quality experience I expected. The customer service was unpleasant, and no reasonable resolution was offered. As a frequent guest, I expected much better communication, consistency, and customer care. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling uncomfortable, undervalued, and completely unsatisfied. I hope management takes steps to improve both customer service and communication so that future guests do not have to deal with the same issues.
