Metropole South Beach Suites truly exceeded our expectations during our recent stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. A special shout-out goes to Samantha, who was instrumental in making our experience great. We arrived late at night, exhausted from our travels, and Samantha went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. She was incredibly helpful. She made the entire check-in process seamless, allowing us to settle in quickly. The space was spacious and clean, making our stay very comfortable. The location was also a major plus, situated conveniently close to the beach and local attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Metropole South Beach Suites.

We were greeted at check-in by Natalie & Franco’s bright, friendly greetings! I love boutique hotels, it feels like a part of the neighborhood. I love the coziness, today is our first day - Natalie and Franco recommended some great eatieries. The room is SUPERCUTE! Also, I booked through a 3rd party and the taxes/fee 34. was in the details & 100 nightly deposit- so perhaps the 3rd parties are getting better at making it clear. Nice location! Keep up the great job!

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Check-in is 3pm but we arrived at 1130am, Angel was able to check us in early and didn't even charge us anything. We requested to move room the next day because it was too noisy with the music from the restaurant that was connected to the hotel and all the street noise. The staff apologized and immediately got us another room. Hotel is dated but bedroom was big and clean. The bathroom was small and definitely needed a clothes rack or hanger. The location is great, no need for a car. Everything was in walking distance especially the beach was less than 5 minutes walk away. For the price and location I highly recommend this place if you planning to stay in Miami Beach.

We had such a great stay at Metropole Suites South Beach! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of South Beach but still feels like a little getaway spot. The suite we had was super clean, comfortable and so spacious! Definitely home away from home. The kids were so excited when we walked into our mini suite. But the real highlight was the service—Franco and Angel at the front desk were incredible! We were really early to checkin but they were able to store our luggage while we explored nearby and waited for our room. They were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. They really made our trip even better. Best way to end our week long vacation. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Franco and Angel

I came to South Beach on a beautiful week vacation I decided to stay at the Metropole the best decision I’ve had made for this vacation. Angel was very professional kind and courteous. My whole day was incredible. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that comes to South Beach. It was the best hotel. I’ve stayed in so far the rooms were big. The facility was clean and the front desk was incredible. I’ll give it a 10 star if I could.🩷🩷🩷🩷
