I had a really great stay at the Novotel in Brickell, Miami. The hotel itself was beautiful! The decor and overall atmosphere were amazing and gave such a modern, relaxing vibe. One thing that really stood out was how welcoming the staff was. We actually ran into the manager of operations in the elevator and he was so friendly, hospitable, and genuinely made us feel welcomed during our stay. The rooftop pool and lounge area was definitely one of my favorite parts. Such a great atmosphere with beautiful views and a really nice place to relax. I stayed here with my friend, and as two women traveling together, we both felt very safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay, which was really important to us. Overall, such a great experience and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Miami.

The place has a great modern vibe and atmosphere. The rooms feel modern and refreshed. The bathroom shower pressure and water temperature is great. And the water view is superb. Breakfast was plentiful with many options s to pick from, be mindful to verify your breakfast selections at check-in. The staff is always quite friendly and helpful. Definitely a worthy spot to recharge and replenish in the morning. The rooftop pool is amazing. Great views, chill vibes and a fully stocked bar. The water was even heated just enough to change from a quick dip to a full day water immersion. The onsite parking is a bit pricey if you are driving there, but still covered and underground. Great hotel overall, and for us who opted for a staycation, it provided a proper disconnect from our day to day and felt that we had, actually, traveled.

The staff at this hotel are generally very friendly and the property itself is immaculately clean. I was particularly impressed by the rooms, the stunning view, the outdoor pool, and the overall aesthetic of the place. However, I did have a minor issue with the hotel service. We wanted to use the outdoor pool late at night, but the bartender informed us that it was closed. He said that if we went in anyway, the lady at the pool would yell at us..as if we are children. Apparently, she had yelled at other guests who had done the same thing. I understand that there may be liability concerns, but I think the hotel should have closed the pool and the outdoor rooftop bar, which is right next to it to limit that liability if that was the case. Another thing to note is that if you miss the scheduled hours of housekeeping, you won’t receive any cleaning services. We asked for the housekeeping to come back 20 minutes later as we were getting ready to go out, but she never returned after saying she would. Overall, the hotel is very nice and the location is convenient. Many things are within walking distance of the downtown area. I’m pretty pleased with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel and truly enjoyed our time here. I brought my mom to celebrate her birthday, and the location was perfect—close to all the areas we wanted to explore and the restaurants where we had reservations. A special thank you to Alejandro, who took such great care of us at breakfast each morning. His service was consistently warm and welcoming. We’d also like to recognize William at the bar—he was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout our entire stay, and truly made our experience even more enjoyable. Our only regret is that we didn’t get the chance to say goodbye to William on our last night. Please extend our sincere thanks to both Alejandro and William on our behalf. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Novotel Brickell is one of the best destinations in Miami. The staff is very pleasant, with teams always ready to help. The restaurant and bar teams are the best. There are very good drink options, comfortable rooms, and a rooftop with a wonderful view. By the way, make sure you check drink creations with Christian and Roberto at the rooftop bar. Was amazed by I special warm message to the staff: Abigail, Milagros, Christian (bar), Christian (front desk), Vivi (the best), Roberto, Mike (Security), Gelsys, Raul, Victor and Karina.
