Room was smaller than I expected for the price. It was smaller than a cruise ship room barely room to walk around the bed. We stayed on the PH floor which would have been nice if the small window hadn't been almost 6' from the floor. Was hard to look out the window to see the sights of the city unless you wanted to look up at the buildings around you. Staff was very professional and helpful, location was great, just was not impressed with the room at all.

Great experience staying at the hotel! Everything was super clean, the location was perfect, and the staff was incredibly kind. Special shoutout to Michael — seriously an absolute sweetheart 😭 he made me feel so welcomed. Customer service like that really makes the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay here again! 💕

The best quality about this hotel is its Location. It is conveniently located near the cruise port and airports. Great for a one or two day stay. There are many shops and restaurants near the Bayside area. Calls to the front desk will not be answered. The elevators are not reliable. This is not your average 4 or 5 star hotel.

If I could give negative stars I would. Hotel was filthy, staff was rude only 1 manager spoke English. The bathroom was as big as a hall closet, the Tvs didn’t work, remotes didn’t work, couldn’t even explain it needed batteries. Air conditioners either on hell or antarctic. Only 1 working elevator for 16 floors and countless rooms, constant lines unless you take all stairs, if you have big feet I don’t recommend that 🙈. We expressed our concerns with management as well as sent numerous emails regarding issues with no response. The website is very deceiving! Don’t waste your time or money.

Last week I stayed in this hotel for work purposes they took 700$ of deposit ( I was ok with it ) but at the end they took 197.75$ I have been trying to call and sending emails and all my calls and mails have been ignored . I did my check out on time even making housekeeping job easy . They didn’t send any invoice or proof of anything broken . I don’t recommend this kind of service at all . I’m still expecting management can reach me out
