I stayed over here for a week and really enjoyed my stay. Great People, great hospitality and top class services. I must remember the front office executive "Shenaaz" for her great hospitality and care. She has been amazing since the check in to the hotel till the checkout. She is been very cooperative and very accommodative, that too with pleasant "SMILE". Shenaaz literally made me feel at home and I really appreciate her for all that she does for her guests. Smooth check in, greeting all the time, hello whenever needed....keep it up Shenaaz!

I stayed at this boutique hotel in downtown Tampa for Gasparilla race weekend and absolutely loved it! The location is unbeatable, half a mile walking distance to the convention center, great restaurants, and I felt completely safe the entire time. The hotel is spacious, spotless, and the beds and were incredibly comfortable, a must after the races! The walk-in shower is comfortable, good water pressure, and soaps and shower gel smell amazing! Yes, parking is a little pricey, but it’s covered and secure, so totally worth it. The front desk staff (shout out to Ellie and Puma) were friendly and accommodating, and the entire stay was a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Camila is hands down the best bartender I have ever met. Great drinks are easy to find. Great conversation is not. From the moment I sat down, Camila made me feel welcome, remembered details from our conversations, and somehow managed to make every guest around her feel like a regular. She has a rare gift for connecting with people, balancing professionalism, warmth, humor, and genuine interest in everyone she serves. The drinks were excellent, but the experience is what stood out. Camila turned a simple visit into one of the highlights of my stay. If every hotel had a bartender like her, guests would never want to leave. Thank you, Camila, for the outstanding hospitality. You’re a true asset to the hotel, and I look forward to coming back because of the experience you created. If you want it to sound more heartfelt and less formal, I can make it even stronger.

We had such a wonderful experience at Aloft Tampa Downtown, and Shenaaz truly made our stay extra special! From the moment we arrived, she was so sweet, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable about everything we asked and made the entire process smooth and easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in what she does. And her smile….absolutely contagious! She made us feel seen, valued, and special....not just like another room number. Thank you, Shenaaz, for going above and beyond. You are a true asset to the Aloft team! We’ll definitely be back because of her! 💛 Have to mention Gabi at the bar! She was super friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Drinks were perfect and her vibe was just awesome.

Wow…….. I was delightfully surprised in this location! Sheenaz was absolutely amazing! It felt like I was a guest at a really good friend’s house ♥️. The people there were all really wonderful and recommended great places for us to visit. Gabbi, Keith, and Joe just fabulous! Aside from their amazing service great location with an awesome pool with view of the Riverwalk! This is my go to and one of the only reasons I will return to Tampa. Highly recommended! Oh Hummus was great too 😋
