Our stay at ROOST Tampa was excellent from start to finish. The 1-bedroom with balcony was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Being in the same building as our son made the stay extra special. The staff was outstanding, and we especially enjoyed the pool and media room. This was a refreshing alternative to the nearby traditional hotels, and we’re very much looking forward to returning.

The accommodations were excellent, featuring a remarkably clean room and bathroom. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, though it felt too brief. In my humble opinion, this establishment merits a five-star rating due to its favorable location, commendable service, and pleasant customer support. I was unaware of the pool facilities; otherwise, I would have brought my swimsuit. The entire environment felt exceptionally safe and contemporary. I would certainly appreciate the opportunity to extend my visit, but personal obligations require my return. Thank you for this delightful venue. Coffee was good during the morninga but if you offer breakfast will be fantastic. 😉 one more thing... I love the book you have in the studio, I have read some of its pages!

Fantastic hotel. Amazing rooftop pool and common facilities and gym. Apartment style hotels. Some rooms have small work spaces so business travelers might find it better to work in the common lounge area where there is plenty of table space and WiFi. Also it’s a very lively area so street noise level can be high into late evening but eventually quiets down for a good rest. Parking behind the building is connected to hotel and is a breeze. Staff is EXCELLENT.

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The units are luxury apartment units and incredibly comfortable and well appointed. The best part was how CLEAN the unit was. It’s probably the nicest hotel for the price point and even beyond. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to the area!

Amazing hotel. I booked this fairly last-minute for the basketball tournament. It was more expensive than I'd have liked but it was super convenient being just around the corner from the arena. The rooms are smaller than I'm used to but still very nice, and the amenities level/lounge on level 7 is beautiful. I especially loved the pool but I can also imagine it would be comfortable working here. Wish I could have spent more time. Special props to Zaire (sorry if I spelled that wrong) at the front desk for being incredibly helpful when I got there early and throughout my stay. (I didn't actually need more help but he was just a super friendly guy to chat with.) If I'm ever back in Tampa, I'm definitely going to come back to Roost.
