We hosted our wedding at Le Méridien, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Heather DiGiulio was a dream to work with—so kind, organized, and always quick to communicate. We were looking for an affordable yet elegant venue, and this was perfect. The staircase ceremony was stunning, and the upstairs ballroom made for a beautiful reception. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at this very interesting and elegant property for one evening! We are so glad we did as we were able to experience a very interesting piece of Tampa History along with a top notch Marriott Property. First off, after parking at the Valet we were greeted at the front desk by Heiki and her co-worker Lalithia. They were fabulous and really gave us such a nice feeling of hospitality (provided a glass of sparkling wine) and followed up every time they saw us throughout the evening to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We really enjoyed talking to them. This property is very nice and the location is great, all the rooms are unique with very tall ceilings. Make sure you wander about the hotel and see how they have preserved many of the artifacts and features from the original Federal Courthouse. We ran into Steve, the Bell Captain and he has been with the property since the start of the hotel and is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the history of the property and it really shows! What a great guy! He took a lot of time to tell us stuff and to show us the Ballroom/Old 4th floor Courtroom during our stay. The La Vie bar was very nice and they have a great happy hour during weekday afternoons, Diego was good and gave us good service. No complaints about the stay at all! We will definitely be back.

Love this place. We took our dog Remi with us and this place couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. The employee were so nice and awesome to work with across all levels. Only reason I have the room 4 stars is because it's not a high end 5 luxury hotel to begin with. So the rooms are good for the price. Will definitely go back for the service and experience. Fyi it's also a good 15 minute walk to the waterfront district.

Very cool building and history but room rate high for what you get! Blah room but very very clean! Small and cold feel to it considering the building was so interesting. No coffee maker in the room. Only 2 towels. Staff at desk and valet were friendly when we arrived. Quick Uber ride to 7th Ave and Ybor City activities.

From the moment we stepped into Le Méridien Tampa, we knew it was special — and that feeling never faded. The venue itself is stunning, timeless, and elegant, but what truly elevated our experience was the way we were made to feel every single time we were there. We felt celebrated, supported, and genuinely cared for from our first tour through the very end of our wedding night. Heather was exceptional from start to finish. From booking our tour to guiding us through the tasting, linen and chair selections, and every detail in between, she was organized, patient, and completely on top of everything. Her depth of knowledge was evident in every conversation — she confidently guided us through wedding-day questions and logistics in a way that made the entire process feel seamless and manageable. On the wedding day, she worked effortlessly alongside our coordinator, Caroline. They were so seamlessly intertwined that everything flowed beautifully. Heather stayed until the very end of the night, ensuring every detail was handled and that we didn’t have to think about a single thing. What meant so much to us personally was how she encouraged us to truly make the day ours — even incorporating our dog into the celebration. She embraced our vision and helped bring those personal touches to life in a way that made the day feel uniquely and authentically us. Le Méridien was an incredible venue, and Heather was a huge part of what made our experience so extraordinary. We felt so special the entire time we were there, and we are beyond grateful.
