Location is great. Decent options for parking. Room disgusting. Common areas filthy. Elevators filthy. Would not return. Valet service was acceptable, though they charge 40 for parking and theres an overnight lot across the street for 25. Paid extra to book a suite and was told my room was not available upon arrival. I was downgrade and compensated with a mini bag of sun chips. Room was filthy. Did my usual bed bug search by lifting the corner of the sheets to view the mattress seams, only to find a urine stained mattress that should have been thrown out. Used hand wipes to clean the light switches and door handles which turned my hand wipe black. Bathroom floor was sticky and visibly dirty. Bathroom, bathroom mirror, shower and shower glass were so dirty that I wasn't willing to take a shower - waited until I returned home the next day. Everything was covered in dust. Had to place a towel over the ottoman just to have a clean place to sit. Heat did not work. Room was stuck at 64 degrees, which might be fine in the summer but not in January. Nobody tending the front desk the next morning. I would not return to this hotel solely based on their lack of cleanliness. There are several better options near by.

I booked here last minute because it was downtown and I was going on a Cruise the next morning. Charles working the front desk during check in was nice and friendly. I also encountered a young man named Ike who was very outgoing and friendly. He told where we could go get something to eat that was nearby since we didn't have a vehicle. I have worked in hotels for many of years and these are the kind of people you need taking care of your establishment. Thanks for be so welcoming.

Awesome service by everyone we encountered! Greeted with smiles by LeBron, valet and Anastasia at the Front Desk. Kim and Natalia were very helpful at the desk as well. The General Manager and Exec Housekeeper was emphatic to our concerns and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, the hotel and associates made our trip very enjoyable. Definitely will be back!

Run down. It seems like they are trying to pull off as a nice hotel but they are not. It is very rundown. The air conditioning did not work in our room. When I went to the bar to grab a drink, I was welcomed with a sign that said the bartender had to go manage the kitchen, so it was off-limits at 7 PM on a Saturday. Accolades to the staff… I feel like they are doing the best that they can. But apparently the budget is low and the hotel is written down, no doubt.

My over all review of my experience was entirely the best thanks to I had a great experience thanks to Chantel and the support she provided. During my stay, she was extremely helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was up to part . She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel welcomed and taken care of, not only that but even after my stay I was impressed even more was how helpful she remained after my stay. When I reached out to the hotel with a question, Chantel responded promptly and handled everything with the same level of care and professionalism. Her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Chantel, for making both my stay and the follow-up experience so pleasant!
