I absolutely loved my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Tampa. The place is clean, comfortable, and very relaxing, perfect after a long trip. The food was really good, and dining there felt cozy and enjoyable. What truly made the experience special was the welcoming and kind staff. Everyone was friendly, but a special mention to the older lady in the dining are, she was incredibly warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for. Small gestures like that make a big difference and really leave a lasting impression. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

First time staying here in Tampa. We got a reasonable last minute deal for an excellent room. 2 adults and 3 kids accommodated perfectly in one of the suites. The entryway/center of the hotel was really nice as well as the room. Shout out to Mikayla at the front desk who was very helpful and friendly during check in!

I was so anxious about this property because I didn't see the negative reviews until after I booked and couldn't get a refund. We only stayed one night but I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean, the property was clean. The room smelled nice and clean. It was just a nice, cozy stay. Beautiful atrium, nice indoor pool. It was a comfy stay for my family of 4. I'd stay here again.

The staff was the best part of the trip, they’re super nice. The rooms are spacious with an exception of the restroom. Things to know before staying here : - they advertise balconies in the rooms but they are closed as well as all of the windows being bolted so you can’t get any natural air into these rooms. -They charge you a $30+ fee for having a restaurant…even if you don’t utilize it they just charge you because it’s there. Parking is $15 per night. They have roaches in the rooms. The rooms could be cleaner like the windows, mirrors & floors.

I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore and came away with a mixed impression. The location is convenient and the suite-style rooms are a nice concept, but the overall experience felt mediocre relative to the price being charged. I expected a higher standard from a Sheraton-branded property and was left feeling that the rate did not match the reality. The staff deserves genuine credit — they were consistently friendly and professional throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and the team was accommodating when I had questions or requests. That warmth and willingness to help was the most positive aspect of the experience, and it kept this from being a lower-rated stay. The cleanliness, however, was a real concern. The suite itself looked acceptable at first glance, but closer inspection revealed issues. The kitchenette counters had residue along the edges that suggested a wipe-down rather than a proper clean. The microwave had dried food splatter inside that should not have been missed during turnover. The bathroom had grime around the base of the fixtures and the tub surface had some discoloration and soap buildup along the edges. The toilet area also needed more attention than it appeared to have received. In the main room area, the carpet showed visible staining in multiple spots, and the furniture had a layer of dust on surfaces that should have been wiped. The sofa cushions had a worn, slightly grimy feel. For a suite-style room at this price point, these are details that fall below acceptable standards. The suite layout itself is functional and the extra space is nice — the separation between the sleeping area and the living area is a genuine plus for extended stays or business travel. The bed was reasonably comfortable and I slept fine. The AC worked well and the TV setup was standard. The location near the airport is a real convenience, and there are good restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking was easy. Those logistical aspects were solid. Ultimately, this is a property with good bones and a genuinely pleasant staff that is being let down by inconsistent housekeeping. Tighten that up and this could easily be a four-star experience. As it stands, three stars feels like the honest rating — decent but not worth a premium.
