We had a nice experience. The rooms were clean and spacious. Jovan at Che Vita was an excellent server. Not only did he provide the best service with a smile, he also gave us info on the city and the best ways to get around during our stay.

I had dinner in the restaurant here this evening. My waitress is alienating by the name of Angelica. I wanted to compliment you on this young lady. What a perfect representative for your company, gracious, informative, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a welcome guest versus just a number. She really made my dining experience quite nice. Take note of her she is someone y’all should keep a good eye on she should be valued as a wonderful employee and representative!

I had a great stay at Hilton Tampa. The staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming throughout my visit. A special thank you to Front Desk Manager Oriana for her exceptional service and hospitality. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I've been treated better at a motel 6 and days inn Showed up at 6pm room wasn't ready, was promised a phone call when it was ready. 9pm rolls around and I finally go to the desk again to ask, turns out room has been ready since 8pm and I never got a phone call. Then due to room reservation issues, I am not able to get any form of compensation for this happening. Front desk manager was completely rude about the situation. Room AC leaked onto the floor by the desk Toilets are louder than the ones on an airplane Elevator once went up to the 8th floor and would keep opening and closing, never changing floors This is not what I expect from a Hilton Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton, and overall it was a genuinely enjoyable experience. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming — a quality that truly stands out and does not go unnoticed in today's world. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the amenities were excellent. I would absolutely return. That said, I feel compelled — as a matter of constructive feedback — to address something that significantly impacted the comfort of my stay. There is a representative in the lobby whose role appears to be promoting travel packages and bonus points. She was, without question, one of the kindest individuals I encountered during my visit, and this is in no way a reflection on her character or professionalism. However, the frequency at which I am assuming she is directed to approach guests was, frankly, excessive and disruptive. I was approached multiple times throughout each day — in the lobby, and even while trying to relax at the pool, where other guests were also approached repeatedly. One polite introduction is more than sufficient. Being approached again and again crosses the line from hospitality into something that feels more like pressure, and it noticeably detracted from an otherwise wonderful stay. I sincerely hope Hilton's management will reconsider this approach. The staff you have is wonderful — please allow guests the space to enjoy that warmth without the repeated sales interruptions.
