The location was featured in that it was walking distance from many places but there was some shady areas when walking. I was with my husband so it was fine but thinking about walking by myself, not sure. The hotel itself didnt have change for their laundry area but the shuttle did pick us up from the airport. It took 30 min since it was in the middle of the day but it was fine. The room was nice, had a bath, ac worked well and beds were fine. Breakfast was your traditional holiday Inn express so no complaints here. Lobby and rooms were clean. Overall, I would recommend if takimg a cruise or not renting a car. Otherwise, I would choose a different area.

I stayed here due to their electric vehicle chargers. Chargers worked perfectly and were easy to use. Staff was great, room was nice and we enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The surrounding area is a little sketchy, but the doors were locked at night and a staff member was sitting in the lobby facing the windows watching who was coming inside.

The room was large but stark with comfortable bed and pillows. I needed to take my medications at bedtime but couldn't find a complementary bottle of water in the room!! It was an inconvenience for me to go down to the lobby and purchase one for $4! Breakfast service ended at 9am. I think 6:30a- 9:30a would be a better schedule for travellers. During my stay, I walked by three different staff members and not one of them greeted me or said "hello"!

This hotel is really clean. Staff are incredible, very friendly and extremely helpful. Theres outdoor games (mini golf, bags/corn hole, and connect four) that you can play outside as a family. Lots of outdoor seating áreas. Pool área was clean, lots of seating, sun and shade áreas. Gym is pretty decent for a hotel. Bathrooms have Dove body wash, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion in full size bottles. We stayed in a 2 bed + couch with a family of 6- while tight we all still had room. Beds are very firm- my only complaint. Bedding and towels were very clean. Breakfast in the morning included scrambled eggs, premade omlets, cube potatoes, turkey sausage, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, bagel and pastries, yogurt, hot cinnamon rolls and juice. Coffee is fresh made in lobby all day. Only suggestion is the only water fountain/bottle filler is inside the gym, so as someone who refills a water bottle frequently that wasnt convienant, but was still nice to have. Again, the staff was very helpful and kind. There was a nice bar/restaurant family friendly (Riviters) right outside the parking lot that offered good food. There was also another drivethrough restaurant in the parking lot. Walmart within walking distance. We doordashed Pizza Hut and it was delivered to the room in less than 40min.

Nice updated hotel close to the cruise port. They have a shuttle to the port and will allow you to park there during your trip. The rooms have lots of outlets and USB ports. Free breakfast in the morning is the standard IHG fare with omelets, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, cereal, etc. the staff was friendly. I was impressed that when we entered our room, the tv had a personalized greeting message with our status and points listed.
