I stayed here for 5 nights and had a very good experience overall. The highlight was definitely the front desk staff — all the ladies were incredibly friendly and helpful. I didn’t catch their names, but a special thanks to the one who sometimes wore a face mask for her kindness and professionalism. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. It was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was a great size as well. The only downside for me was the breakfast — quite limited and not very fresh. The location is decent, but there are not many options for eating out within walking distance. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service. If I am in Tampa again, this will definitely be my first choice.

First time here but I always stay at Hilton if possible. Easy in and out via the parking garage. Parking is paid through a QR code with the city. Little pricey at $37.00 plus tax for 24hrs. Check in with Michelle was courteous and friendly. Room was very nice and surprisingly large. Everything top to bottom was very clean. I even spoke to a maintenance man briefly and he was very nice. Roof top pool was big! One on the nicest I’ve ever seen. The fitness center was good with decent equipment. Hot water for tea and coffee available in the lobby most of the time. Room service every other day sufficient. You can walk just about anywhere. Plenty of restaurants which the hotel recommends. The TV channel selection was probably the best I have seen in years at any hotel. Plenty of things to watch. The breakfast was good, not great, but it did the job. I really love the location of this hotel as most of the places we went via. Our car was 15 minutes or less. Spent three nights here and honestly, I could’ve did a whole week with no problem. When visiting Tampa area again, this would be a definite stay for me. Thank you also to Colin and Helena. The only very minor hiccup is for two breakfast in a row no bananas. With a Publix a block away I thought this was odd not to get more. The ladies working at breakfast buffet are always nice and courteous also.

We had an amazing stay here; all the way from check in, maintenance requested, and location to downtown. First we arrived several hours ahead of check-in time. The front desk staff, along with the hospitality Manager, went above and beyond to get our room ready way ahead of time which I did not expect but certainly appreciated it! They offered to let us park our car in the parking garage ahead of time or hang out in the lobby. There's a Starbucks attached to the hotel, so my wife and I were able to get coffee and hang out while our room was getting ready. Once we arrived in our room we found a very clean room that exceeded our expectations. The only thing of note is that the water took a really long time to heat up. At most hotels the water heats almost instantaneously so we thought there was something wrong with the water. We called the front desk and asked for maintenance to come check it out and unlike most hotels, they were at our room within 15 minutes. It was at that time we discovered the water just needed to run for about 4 to 5 minutes before it actually heated up. Once we did that the water was piping hot! The maintenance guy was very nice and I was surprised how quickly they responded. It was really nice and convenient to only have a 15 minute walk to the arena for a hockey game and a 15 minute walk to the aquarium. There's also electric scooters and electric bikes all around that you can rent to get around town even quicker. It's also not far from Ybor city or Hyde Park or strip clubs… Just depending on what you're into. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and we will absolutely be back. I've seen others complain about the breakfast and I will agree the line was a bit long, so we ended up just stepping into the Starbucks to grab breakfast instead. If you have the time to wait in line I'm sure it's worth it, but if you're in a rush, plan on getting breakfast elsewhere. That is definitely not something that would deter me from staying here again. Also lots have complained about the loud road noise, but that's out of the hotels control so I wouldn't ding them for that. It is what it is. Bring a sound machine or run the fan in the room. We slept right through it!!

Great staff, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Willing to assist with extras. The room and bathroom was clean. Dishes provided which was helpful. It was quiet at night without a lot of slamming doors. The pool area was also nice. The breakfast was great! Lots of options along with on site staff to assist and keep things full and tidy. Great place. Would stay here again.

Emily and the front desk staff were incredible! Easy check-in, easy shuttle to cruise terminal. Quick access to Publix and CVS to grab last minute cruise needs. Would stay again.
