I had a great stay at Mint House Tampa. The property was clean, modern, and had everything I needed. Even though it's self-service, the staff responded quickly whenever I had a question, and the instructions were easy to follow. The in-room washer and dryer were especially convenient during my longer trip, and the Smart TV made it easy to relax and unwind. I also appreciated the secure environment and excellent downtown location, with plenty of restaurants, attractions, and waterfront spots nearby. The pool and fitness center were both well maintained and a nice bonus. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Mint House Tampa and would happily stay here again

I was able to get rest and relaxation while away on business. It felt like a home away from home. They have the things you need from washing your clothes to cooking your own food. They even had a Tv with all the features from listening to your favorite music or watching your favorite online shows, just to unwind. The hotel had 3 safety features just to enter your room. The online staff is always at your finger to answer any questions that you must have. I’m so glad I found this hotel online and I was very impressed. When I entered my room I was overwhelmed of what I was stepping into. Comfortable, cozy and relaxing is what you really need from working for business. I will be back for sure no doubt about it!

This a great place to stay in the downtown area. I was leaving in a cruise and it provided a place very close, within walking distance if you wish to, but the Lyft was only $12. The room was very clean and stocked very well. Several restraunts within walking distance, I chose the Top Sports bar (get the wings) about a 10 minute walk and I felt very safe.

The building itself is modern, and the rooms are great. Everything in the room and the amenities were awesome. I gave 4 stars only because the check-in process was confusing and complicated. No instructions were sent to us in advance. We arrived to the location and spent good 40-50 mins on the phone with their customer service so we could get the instructions texted/emailed to us. However, after that everything was smooth. I recommend this place, but the owners have to perfect the check-in process.

Perfect space for two! Walking distance to restaurants and late night activities. Make sure to check out Nueva cantina - best taco in Tampa I would say. Lots of street parking and you can park across the lot overnight , download the parking apps very helpful. Overall this place was clean! And customer service was very responsive.
