My mom and I stayed here for one night while attending a nearby concert, and it was a great decision. The rooftop pool was charming and nicely separated from the bar and restaurant area, while still making it easy to grab drinks and enjoy a swim. Bartenders Mike and Jeff were excellent. The food was surprisingly good, and the check-in process was very smooth. Everything was clean, from the lobby to our room, which was very spacious. Most importantly, everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming.

We were looking for a place to stay for one night. My daughter had just been discharged from the hospital. We were still traumatized by the events leading to her hospitalization and needed a room with a bathtub for her aftercare, which was proving difficult to find last minute. Marques at the front desk took amazing care of us. He was so kind and welcoming and greeted our daughter with a big smile. He even found her an ice cream sandwich, which she sat in the lobby and devoured while we checked in. The room was clean and spacious. It was exactly what we needed to feel safe and get some much needed rest. The parking garage is connected to the hotel through the elevator. It’s a great design. The elevator has two doors. The rear one opens directly into the garage and the front one into the hotel, making it really easy to access the supplies we needed from our car during our stay. We required a little extra time checking out the next day. Lindsey at the front desk was super accommodating. We feel really grateful and so blessed by the staff’s kindness.

Great business and or vacation hotel. I hate to give the 4 stars in the location, but during my visit there were a lot of homeless people right outside. They didn’t bother us, but I think it’s worth knowing that before you go. That said we walked to all the main areas and had a great time. Hotel was clean, and had two great bars and food options

Lindsey made my first stay at this Spring Hill location amazing experience. The rooms are clean and spacious. Lindsey also informed me all the great amenities this hotel has to offer including a rooftop bar and pool. I look forward to coming back to this location this month again. Lindsey is definitely a Rockstar and she definitely knows about hospitality treating me with the upmost respect. Thank You Spring Hills for hiring such an amazing employee. Keep up the hard work and dedication!

Had a great one night stay. Clean, comfortable, nice. Carla at the front desk was THE BEST. I had two rooms, Carla got both rooms checked-in early. She was personable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I gave 4 stars on service having nothing to do with her - just a couple of other times the hotel fell short. Glad the Springhill is there for a downtown stay. Thank you Carla!
