The location was in close proximity to benchmark arena for which we were attending an event that night. The valet staff is who greet you first and they were all cheerful and friendly, a very nice first impression! As you went to the lobby for checkin the rep was a little less cheerful but he was still nice and got us checked in and on our way to enjoying our night. The room had beautiful water views along with the riverwalk there to walk if you like. Several restaurants and bars at the base of the hotel so you didn’t have to venture far if you didn’t want. The next morning we took a very nice walk down the bayfront which is a nice treat for visitors and locals along the water. As we left, the same valet attendant was working and still cheerful and willing to help in any way. The valet staff you have here are pretty exceptional compared to others i’ve seen so please give them the recognition they deserve. We were in and out several times and even when busy they always greeted us and wished us well!

Comfortable room comfortable bed. Great service. Great views. The valet parking is the only parking, and it's $50/daily. Valet guys are efficient and quick. There was a loud noise throughout the night that you can hear in the room. Not quite sure what it was but it was on all night. Wasn't the worst, you can sleep thru it but it was weird. Restaurants below are super expensive and mediocre food. You pay for the views.

I had an outstanding stay at the The Westin Tampa Waterside. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on providing excellent service. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views of the waterfront. The rooms were comfortable, modern, and quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is excellent, with convenient access to downtown Tampa, restaurants, and local attractions. Every interaction with the staff exceeded my expectations, and they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. If you’re visiting Tampa for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

While the hotel just began renovations, two things stand out and make this a mainstay in Tampa. The location is amazing, views from the rooms typically include seeing a great sunset over the bay. The single biggest positive is the staff. Every person I have encountered has been terrific from Brandon Belmontes at the front desk and his colleagues Kim, Em, and Kate to Chris and the valet team, it's always a friendly welcome. They always make me feel like its home and have gone above and beyond many times over. Once the renovation is complete it will be 5 stars across the board, just hope the prices don't go with it!

I want to start off by saying that this was an amazing stay. You are located at downtown so many places are nearby including attractions. The services were great as well. The valet was pretty cheap as they handled everything will care. Request for Will, he will take care of you good. I also want to appreciate the amenities and how the staff were all friendly and professional.
