The location and rooms left a little to be desired (for clarification, the neighborhood seemed run down. The room was clean and neat, but the mattress on 1 of the 2 queen beds bowed and was uncomfortable for sleeping). The staff was AMAZING! LaShaunda in particular was extremely helpful with an amazing attitude and so sweet!

Our stay was disappointing. The original room wasn’t cleaned properly…the floors were filthy, surfaces were extremely dusty, and there were multiple stains on the bedding. After speaking with the front desk, we switched but downgraded to a double-bed room on the second floor at the end of the hall. In that room, the lights barely worked (one flickered, the entry light didn’t work at all), the floor was still dirty, and there was leftover food on the floor. We switched rooms again and were given another double-bed room and just bit the bullet. Overall, cleanliness and maintenance were major issues. The front desk was rude and not understanding! AS SHE WAS SLEEP ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS (the fairly small Indian lady) When I asked to extend my stay I was told that they’re weren’t any clean rooms on top of I’d have to pay the deposit again but let’s actually break down the rooms …the heat DOES NOT WORK! In the first room before we was switched the outlet within the room didn’t work. Only the one on the floor, The toilet kept making this weird noise after you flush it and it lasted for HOURS majority through night I had to fix the toilet myself as it again was making noises all night, the clean towels were dirty the chair in out was room was nefarious ! IM DISAPPOINTED ! I have more proof as they are videos. SAFE TO SAY AS I WAS CHECKING OUT THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS SOOOO NICE HER NAME WAS BRI I APPRECIATE HOW UNDERSTNADING

This place is disgusting and completely unprofessional. Roaches in the room, no hot water. and on top of that, I felt unsafe during my stay. There was a man who repeatedly followed me into the elevator and lingered outside his room, pretending to unlock his door while watching us. He was mumbling things that I couldn’t clearly understand, and it was extremely unsettling. As a guest, you should feel safe where you’re staying, and that was not the case here. We left in less than 3 hours because it was that bad, and they still refused to give a refund. I called multiple times asking for a manager—he was “never available” and no one ever bothered to call back. Dirty, unsafe, and they clearly don’t care about their guests. Do yourself a favor spend a little extra money and book literally anywhere else.

Needed somewhere relatively cheap for a one night stay so I thought this wouldn’t be too bad, but it was. Not worth it to me. - uncomfortable beds - lukewarm shower water at best - complimentary shampoo and conditioner provided were empty - hair dryer did not work - AC made a terrible loud crunching noise - elevator was not connected to the emergency communications services - overall dingy vibe and you know they don’t pay their employees enough

Walking into the hotel it had a STRONG odor that only got worse walking into the room. It smelled like dirty, sweaty socks. The bed was nothing like the other 3 comfort suites I’ve stayed at. This one was so old you could feel the springs when sitting down and then after a few moments me and my son started to itch and feel bugs on us. I checked the mattress and it was gross with dark stains. We left immediately. Didn’t even want to see another room because there’s no way the other rooms don’t have bedbugs too. Didn’t stay the night. Disgusting and disappointing . I received NO REFUND when the third party I ordered the room from reached out to the hotel. What a disgrace. They also charge a $150 deposit fee that was not displayed before ordering the room!
