What a great little hotel!! Wonderful atmosphere, a great little bar in the lobby, and a “ speakeasy” in the basement. Yummy breakfast and fresh coffees. The staff was so friendly, especially Dean at the front desk. Even the valets , Donald and Stanley, took good care of us! I’m hoping next time we stay it will be warm enough to enjoy the beautiful courtyard. ( though there were heaters if there is a cool night!) It definitely lived up to the photos.

The hotel itself is really nice and looks great, but unfortunately the service didn’t match at all. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I had to go look for someone and found the employee at the bar chatting. He checked me in and told me the guest elevators weren’t working, so I should use the service elevator. What he didn’t mention is that it only goes up to the 3rd floor, and my room was on the 4th. So I ended up having to go back down and figure it out again on my own. I stayed there for 5 days, and the guest elevator was never fixed during my entire stay, which made things inconvenient the whole time. The next day my key card stopped working after I left the gym. I went back to the front desk and it was the same person. I explained the issue and he just told me again to use the service elevator in a pretty rude way, without really helping. When I asked how I was supposed to get to my room on the 4th floor, he got visibly annoyed, reactivated my key, and didn’t say anything else. At checkout it was more of the same. I asked for a receipt for a minibar charge and was told I couldn’t get one until housekeeping checked it. I mentioned it had been a couple of days already, and they said there was no record. When I asked if they could email it to me, I just got a “you can try.” Overall, the hotel is beautiful, but the service really took away from the experience.

I have never experienced hospitality in the way Frank delivered at the front desk. He was friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. He noticed it was our anniversary and gave us an incredible room upgrade! He did not have to do that, and our experience would’ve been amazing either way, but his attentiveness and kindness made our stay memorable. Frank is a wonderful person and an example of what hospitality really means. I also want to recognize Jayden in valet. We have had less than great experiences in the past so we always get a little nervous using new valets. Jayden was friendly, quick, and trustworthy. It’s relieving to know that when we come back for our next visit we can trust the valet team. I don’t recall everyone’s name unfortunately. However every interaction I had at the Granada was pleasant - it’s apparent that everyone takes their role seriously. This hotel is the epitome of hospitality.

Room floor boards are wooden, you will hear the upstairs neighbor walking around at midnight. Russian roulette if you'll get a good sleep. No kettle no microwave no toothbrushes, you'll get more from a red roof inn. No parking facilities, $50 valet per night. Just a very inconvenient hotel. Expect more from a $200 per night '4 star' hotel. Was not good value for money. Staff were helpful. Location is good.

We LOVED our short stay here! This place definitely gave the feel of nostalgia, but there was also this feeling of serendipity. You could be in the halls of a childhood vacation memory, then you're in a courtyard in Italy, readying to visit shops and have a bite. The seascape is phenomenal and really is what makes this place so comfortable. You can easily forget the bustle of what's right outside. You can just as easily jump up and join in the fun! This spot will remain on the top of my list of stays for anywhere within driving distance! They have a breakfast cafe in the lobby, and 2 on site bars, as well. Also, they have a speakeasy!
