Our stay at the Signia Hotel Atlanta exceeded every expectation. We were hosting one of the most important meetings in our company’s history, and Arkeia and Latristian from Club Signia went completely above and beyond to help us prepare for and execute a successful event. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine commitment to making everything perfect made all the difference. As a wonderful finishing touch, they even had a champagne toast ready for us when the meeting concluded, which was incredibly thoughtful and memorable. We also want to recognize Noel at the pool and Highball Bar for providing spectacular service throughout our stay. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of relaxing lounge spaces to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere. One helpful tip for future guests: the pool tiles can get very hot in the sun, so be sure to wear sandals when walking around the pool deck. One of our favorite parts of the stay was being on a top-floor room with stunning skyline views of Atlanta and the stadium. We especially enjoyed watching the preparations at Mercedes-Benz Stadium for the FIFA World Cup 2026. The views were absolutely incredible both day and night. Between the exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, Club Signia experience, and outstanding amenities, this was a truly memorable stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Signia Hotel Atlanta to anyone visiting the city.

I had a great stay at the Signia. The staff was very helpful and friendly! ESPECIALLY Kellen & Atlante! They both went out of their way to make my stay extra special for my birthday! Thank you so much! I will definitely be back! My suite was clean and spacious and my room service was hot & fresh! If you’re looking for a great stay close to everything downtown Atlanta has to offer, look no further!

Stayed here for couple nights during a world cup game: 26th floor, stadium view. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean, including bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable, side couch along window is a nice touch. View of the stadium is direct and unobstructed. The miss was with service. First night, forgot to replace used tea bags, second night forgot to replace toilet paper which was the bigger concern as we ran out. Room service for dining is available but many times takes 1-1.5h, so plan accordingly. We walked downstairs to the restaurant and ate there instead. Which between walking there, waiting to be seated, selecting food, ordering and getting food took no longer than 30 mins total. Pool is nice, clean, small to medium size, very refreshing with numerous lounge chairs available. Having a bar available nearby is a great plus. It is located on 4th floor. Hotel is connected to a conference center which can be excessed completely from the inside during inclement weather for added convenience. Overall, hotel feels very premium, but not at the 5-star level as rated on various sites. Front desk and most other staff have been very pleasant to deal with and helpful. We would certainly return.

Pros: Beautiful rooms. Plentiful room in the bathroom. Ideal location. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Cons: Room service only came by once right after we checked in and never again. Not sure if that was a timing issue on our end but we were not in the room the majority of our visit, so trash filled our room. We always have issues with the mini fridge not continuing to cool. The electricity in our room went out twice in the first hour we arrived. We were advised by 2 engineers that the hotel has a known issue with overly sensitive outlets, and we could not plug on more than 2 devices at a time. That is highly problematic. We strongly encourage the property invest into resolving this known issue. Overview: overall enjoyed our recent stay, but addressing the above issues would really elevate the experience. We worked with alot of extremely friendly/helpful staff, whose names we could not all get, but shout out to Jamie and Logan for their assistance.

While visiting the club we had amazing service during our 3 night stay. LaTristian, Arkeia, & Chet R were very attentive, remembered our iced tea (sweet & unsweetened) requests in the group, and prepared wonderful omelets. Samantha took great care of us each afternoon/evening. Jael was a wonderful bartender. Everyone working in the Club did a great job. They really made our trip special.
