The customer service at that hotel was excellent. Everyone was friendly and showed outstanding respect. Michael Johnson was especially great — he had a welcoming, friendly face and was incredibly kind and sweet. He made sure all of my requests were handled in a timely manner. I experienced nothing but professionalism from every staff member I encountered. The housekeeper also did a wonderful job and was very nice.

I would rate the hotel staff 10/10 for their exceptional service. The level of professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness truly stood out during my stay. The team was incredibly accommodating and consistently ensured that guests felt welcomed and valued. A special thank you to Taylon H., who goes above and beyond in every interaction. He treated me with genuine kindness and respect, and his service was truly outstanding. I would also like to recognize Londarius for contributing to such a positive experience. Even the security staff were professional and courteous. Thank you to the entire team at Hampton Inn for making my stay such a pleasant one. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Wonderful stay! Grabbed a room on a deal and was very delighted. Rooms were clean and up to date, guest services were very friendly. Location was fantastic, free breakfast was great one day, good the next. Only compliant is the advertised pool was quite underwhelming. Everything else was great

The hotel is located in a good location in Buckhead, 10 mins walk to Buckhead station, where you have access to midtown or the airport. The service is good, they clean your room every other day, breakfast is varied with cereal, waffles and cooked food. Michael Johnson was particularly helpful at Breakfast time. Lots of shops locally like a supermarket and places to eat. The rooms are modern and clean, highly recommend.

Nice, clean facility. Good breakfast options. Great location. Customer service was OUTSTANDING! Ebony assisted me multiple times from check in to handling my random questions and requests. She even professionally and kindly confronted a loud and disruptive guest who was making the other guests annoyed and uncomfortable. She handled everything with grace and confidence! Michael was also very kind in assisting us with breakfast. He greeted everyone and offered his help with a smile. This place is now at the top for me to stay for my quick trips to Atlanta!
