Attended a concert at Synovus Amphitheater and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a few nights and had a great time. Pros: -The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I used to travel for a living spending over 100 nights a year in Hilton properties and by far, the staff here are the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. Management should be commended. -The breakfast buffet was good. Great selection and Kevin(?) the morning cook knows how to make an omelette. -Location is both a pro and con. Great restaurants in the area and easy access to the highway however traffic is thick. Cons -Parking. You either pay $20 to self park and have to pay that every time you go in and out or $45 for valet. We did the valet and happy we did as we were in and out a few times a day. Our car was ready quickly and the valets were excellent. The rooms were good, about what you’d expect from a HGI. Comfortable beds and it was quiet. Overall, good experience and if we are ever in Atlanta/Buckhead again we’d definitely stay here again.

Kat is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. From the moment you sit down, her energy, professionalism, and genuine friendliness stand out. She’s incredibly attentive without being overbearing, remembers orders with impressive accuracy, and always seems to know exactly what to recommend. What really sets Kat apart is how effortlessly she balances speed with quality. Drinks are made perfectly, presentation is on point, and you never feel like you’re waiting long, even when the bar is busy. She creates an atmosphere that makes you want to stay, relax, and enjoy the experience. Great service can make or break a night out, and Kat absolutely makes it. If you’re lucky enough to have her behind the bar, you’re guaranteed excellent service and a great time.

Looks nice on the outside. However, the rooms, not so much. The carpet in my room had numerous stains and spots, and needs to be completely replaced. My bathroom had an old bathtub/shower combo. The bathtub is deteriorating and had numerous stains in it. I didn't feel comfortable placing my bare feet on the surface of it so I took a shower with flip flops on. The office chair was stained and dingy. More attention to detail needs to be had with cleaning the room, i.e. phone, lamps, outlets dirty and dusty. I'm kicking myself for not taking pictures. The only positive thing I guess I could say is that the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Customer service is amazing here, I had a back to back reservation but had to run out early in the morning to sort out my second night. As soon as I got back to the hotel, Jai had already organised everything for me, I literally just said I had a back to back reservation and automatically knew who I was. That’s perfect customer service, hassle free and efficient!!! Especially the fact that I work at a 5 star hotel in Sydney Australia, I scout out people who give amazing service! Jai and Wanda are top tier when it comes to customer service!! Location is prime as well!! Thank you so much guys. Xox

My stay was absolutely wonderful thanks to Chenel and Michelle at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, they both greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. They were professional, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure my check-in process was smooth and stress-free. Throughout my stay, they were always available to answer any questions and made sure I had everything I needed.
