Phone line has loose cable, makes using phone difficult. When attempting to dial the front desk I got constant busy signals. Elevator is wobbly and 4 months out of inspection date. Outside doors do not open from the outside, even with a valid key. When asked an employee confirmed that's purposeful. No signage is posted to tell guests that. had a very loud neighboring room at 1am. After attempting to call the front desk and failing, walked to the lobby only to find no one there. asked for help and was told "one second". waited plenty of time and again asked "hello?". then hear a sigh from behind the wall and see the reflection of a man stand up and put away his cell phone. He walks out and asks "did you not hear me? Told you it was going to be a second." responded "I heard you, and I also hear the room blaring their TV and shouting. The whole floor can hear it. Do something about it." To which the man sheepishly walked over to the phone and confirmed the room number before making a call to quiet them down. Could hear a dog barking throughout the night, someone running up and down the hall, talking and could hear the person in the room next to us peeing in their bathroom Bathroom curtain rod looked like it was going to fall down and the toilet paper holder was broken sitting on the shelf Rebooked at a different hotel and left a day early Only good thing about the hotel was the rooms were most likely clean, ac worked and the price. That's all. Though front desk lady was nice unlike overnight employee.

The building is worn out and not well maintained. You have to pay for parking. They tell you the standard " do not smoke in the room" and then show you a spy device that they say detects if you do. That was weird to me. The hallway carpet stinks and is wrinkling and is a tripping problem. Once you get inside the room. We were met by the bathroom light not working and no one would fix it. The curtain was water stained and dirty. But otherwise that's it.

**UNSAFE** They gave us not one but two rooms with people currently in them. One of the rooms we walked into had a sleeping baby. When we told them both times about the rooms having people in them the front desk work didn’t even say sorry or barely acknowledged us. We asked to speak to a manager and she did not come out the back room the entire and we could hear her laughing. EDITED after all this happened they locked us out of our room because they never updated the system to what room we were staying in. Not even 15 minutes after going to the front desk. an employee tried to come into our room after waiting 3 seconds after knocking to “check the room” while I did not have any clothes on. Truly this hotel is the most unsafe hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in red roof in’s and motel 6’s my whole childhood.

The location of this hotel is about 15-20 minutes from downtown Atlanta and the HE Holmes station. The service by all staff there was tremendous and they all treated us well. Breakfast consisted of eggs, turkey sausage or sausage links, biscuits, various cereals, bagels, and waffles and fruit. Pros: Close to downtown Atlanta without being overpriced. Staff provided excellent service. Bed and pillows were comfortable Cons: Walls are thin and unless the A/C is running you can hear everything in the nearby rooms. The A/C was functioned by a thermostat placed in the room; and while that is a nice feature, I wish that you were able to turn the fan on consistently so that the noise of the other rooms can be drowned out. I found myself timing when I could sleep to when the A/C was on. I did find 5 lady bugs in my room upon first entry that I promptly removed; but that being the only critters I can’t complain. The sheets and towels were clean but did have small stains on them that I’m guessing did not come out with prior washes. The carpet in the rooms could’ve been vacuumed better. All in all? 3.5/5 stars.

Absolutely Horrible place to stay. Service was terrible. Boy who checked us in was Rude told us we could check in at 2:00 cause the room was already paid for. Then when 2:00 came around he said we couldn't until 3:00 then 3:00 came around and then he said 3:30. Then you gotta pay to use WiFi here? Are you serious?!? Over $80 a night and gotta pay extra to use WIFI Unless your a blue member. Which is insane. The Air in the room didn't work, Had to go to the lobby Multiple times back and Fourth cause the key to the door wouldn't work no matter what they did. Elevators didn't work. None of the outside doors worked. Had to have someone from the lobby let us in the room each time we had to leave. No vending machines. Had to go down the road to QT Just to get snacks/drinks. This hotel is one of the worst I've stayed in yet. And I don't recommend staying here unless your fine with all these issues you will Face.
