I have stayed with this property many times in the past. Everything has been great until I spoke with the Manager Orlando. I did book a non refundable room through a third party. I understand that I probably would not get a refund but felt it was necessary to ask as it was due to a family emergency. If no refund possible credit for another night’s stay or even move the room from Friday to Saturday. Again I was prepared to be denied. I called and left several voicemails for management over the course of 2 days and followed with a email. After a rude email response and no phone call denying any help with the situation I called back and finally was able to speak with management. I had a room booked with two queen beds, when I requested to add the secondary name on the room, he proceeded to tell me that the hotel staff cannot add a name to the room and I would have to call the third party and they need to call the front desk and add a name…..Never ever has adding a name on a room that occupies up to 4 guests been an issue but I went through the process and called the third party and was able to add a name. This was after I was hung up on and spoke to in a rude manner and he was not listening to anything that was said. I opened my email and now have a 300.00 smoking charge on my credit card! I have never smoked a day in my life, this comes as a shock especially when my exact family issues was a lung cancer diagnosis. The email stated the name that was added where the smokers. That is impossible as I made it to the room late Friday night after medical appointments, NOT the other person that was added. I have called again with no response and was sent to voicemail yet again only to assure that this is incorrect and the guest you claim smoked in the room was never even there and myself stayed in the room and have never smoked a day in my life. Now I have a 300.00 charge and false accusations. I’m beyond frustrated with the management. I will say Rashida at the front desk is absolutely amazing. The rooms are clean. Poor management and lack of understanding or respect for customers.

The staff here is so friendly & very accommodating. 10/10, 100% recommend. Brittney was exceptional at the front desk during the check in process. Katie was outstanding during the check out process & had great recommendations for nearby events. Emily at the bar & Drurell the cook made breakfast an over the top experience. I've been to other choice hotels and this one is the best.

Room was nice and clean. Comfy bed. The HVAC system didn’t have a constant fan option for the “white noise” effect that I personally like, and for constant airflow. Other than that, nice place and very friendly staff.

This place was a nice easy walking distance to major downtown locations. I found the room to be exceptional for the price. There were also several pieces of furniture which I appreciated. There was a full length mirror, wardrobe, desk, couch, and I liked the way the bed was set up. Very convenient with chargers everywhere. TV was large and had updated features. The front desk was quick and helpful. Everything was great!

Stayed on Choice points a few weeks ago. Awesome hotel with a great staff; Rashida, Brittany, Emily et al took great care of this Choice Titanium member and my family! The location is awesome, my stepsons walked to the Timberwolves game and while we didn't take in a show, the Orpheum is pretty much right around the corner. The hotel is very modern and new. It has a bar and a small restaurant that we took advantage of. Just a few little things...I felt like the room was a little small for this level of hotel. Also the sliding doors on the bathroom, while stylish and cool, don't block much sound coming out of the bathroom.
