Truly enjoyed staying here. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Please conver to comfort height toilets - - my knees cannot take micro toilets anymore! Convenient to everywhere we went downtown - - Target Arena, Four Seasons, Eat Street, etc. Easy to get ride shares from here. Breakfast was exellent and i fell in love with the lemon and the blueberry scones and packed some up to eat on the way home. Delicious! Also really enjoyed the vanilla malted waffles. Breakfast buffet had mostly everything, but I wanted breakfast potatoes too. Great selection of juices, flavored water and other beverages. Just an easy, comfortable, nice stay. Thank you!!

It is the perfect location for the Target center activities and parking. The rooms were clean and nice. We had a basic queen room and we were there for two nights. Very nice experience. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Everyone that we had contact we very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay again when I can.

I have stayed here a couple times and as long as you can figure out the parking (Hawthorne Ramp, use spot hero for cheaper price if you’re not doing in/out) they even have EV parking which is what I need and appreciate! The staff are wonderful (shout out to Blue! From one Atmosphere lover to another). Rooms are clean and nice. I feel safe inside and it’s perfect if you’re catching a show at First Ave!

Nice people at the reception. Coffee and decaf all day and night. Great value for money. My biggest criticism is that the breakfast is lacking any form and shape of veggies. If you want a healthy breakfast, the photo shows your breakfast (boiled eggs because the scrambled egg is too salty, apple, banana). Plus the oat porridge comes without sugar, so you can add your toppings, e.g. opt for sugar free almonds. My room came with a fridge to store some store bought items, e.g. salad, strawberries. On day 3 they were frozen by the fridge though. The gym has weights from 10 to 47(?) lbs. Just my two cents on how to stay healthy :)

Ms. Kelly was very professional and efficient in my requests. We had come to Minneapolis for a meeting that ran over our stay. She was able to book us an additional night for our existing room and I couldn’t have been more grateful. I would give her 5 stars for her understanding and empathy to our situation. More hotels should treat their guests to the same level as we will stay again and recommend others to do the same.
