My stay at Hotel Indigo in downtown Minneapolis was a one of the most pleasurable experiences I've had on a short stay in Minneapolis. I've never stayed at this particular IHG property but I'm sure glad I did. From the layout of the room, to cleanliness of the room, to quick responsiveness of the front desk team, my stay was absolutely enjoyable. Not to mention this particular property's location to First Avenue and other downtown establishments. Johanna and Joseph are complete gems and should give classes on customer service. I definitely look forward to staying at Hotel Indigo Downtown Minneapolis on my next trip up to the city ~Ralph McClain

As a member of IHG, I booked this hotel since I could not find something closer to the convention available. They charged me for Water. I called the front desk and informed them that there were no water in the room when I arrived. The receptionist stated that he needed to speak to his manager and get back to me. They never did. I don't care about the $6. I am disappointed that they did not believe that they were at fault. I will not stay again at your hotel. There are plenty of better hotels.

I stayed for two nights and had a lovely experience. Nice view of the city, comfortable room (amazing hot shower!), great food options via the attached restaurant and very kind staff members. It was honestly exactly what I needed for a staycation

We had initially had the weekend booked at hyatt by the airport. Which ended up being terrible. do not stay there. The second day we found hotel indigo and the price was good, location was great, and we always had great luck with IHG. Wow, what a night and day difference. We booked a key room with a city view. It was beautiful. First impressions, awesome. Wife checked in, doesn't remember the person's name, had short hair, she thinks Eli? So friendly. Complimented her outfit, gave her a Valentine's day card, offered fruit infused water and a sample of a strawberry daiquiri. The lobby was warm and clean, welcoming. The room is great, only gripe is there isn't two night tables so one of us didn't have a table, but that really isn't a very big deal. The TV displayed our tier and welcome screen. Bathrooms included pump hand soap which is fabulous. Most hotels only have the bars. There wasn't trash bags in the bins, but we think this is an easy miss during the cleaning process. Everything else in the room, great. The bed was so cozy. We did not get to try the restaurant and bar attached, but we did try a sea salt caramel cookie from the lobby store and it was delicious and fresh. Now, the parking. Maybe we did this wrong. We ended up going out for a few hours at night and this was costly. We had to pay twice. $27 to go out for a few hours and $30 at check out. It was literally the only thing we did not like about the hotel. My suggestion would be to work on some deal with the garage owners where hotel visitors pay a one time nightly fee whether they come or go.

Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Indigo Minneapolis. The staff were so delightful to interact with throughout our whole stay. The building is historic but nicely renovated. Loved the theme and thought this hotel felt every bit as modern and fun as other Hotel Indigo locations I’ve stayed in. It’s conveniently connected to the Minneapolis skyway. The connected Star Bar & Bistro was cute. Cocktails and staff were great. For those driving here, I was also pleased to see how vigilant the connected parking garage staff were about safety/security. Look forward to returning!
