I think it's very important the amazing staff gets recognized for their service. The hotel was spotless, the check in was fast and easy, but the staff is what makes the stay worth it!! They were friendly, helpful, kind and welcoming. Every single one of them. It is a rare occurrence to have such an incredible collective group of people all in one establishment, but they all went above and beyond during our stay. Marriot should recognize them ALL for their superior service and dedication to their jobs. They are a credit to the establishment and should be mentoring other employees in the industry!! Well done!! We will be staying here again!!

Good downtown location near conference center & Target stadium. Lots of easily accessible Metro lines running throughout the day. Construction on the road in front can make it hard to find. Room was spacious but cleaning was lacking. Carpets weren't vaccuumed, surfaces weren't wiped down, bathroom floor wasn't mopped. Can tell it was a quick turn over. Sheets were clean but there weren't any small wash cloths for showering. First full night had no wifi but was fixed the next day. Staff are available 24/7 & are quick to respond to basic concerns. Breakfast had lots of options including oatmeal station which accommodated eating vegan. Back entrance door on the street side doesn't work so you have to go all the way around to the front entrance on the parking lot side. Parking very expensive on site so we parked a block away in a cheaper covered lot. Accepts late check ins & nightly cost was low for the area. Definitely suitable for a short budget trip to MPLS if you're spending most of your time outside the hotel.

Anita was extremely helpful when checking us in; she answered every question we had about the rooms and service and explained to us when breakfast ended. She explained to us how room service works and was extremely polite and patient when explaining it to us. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, with an excellent view and in the perfect spot to go to all the entertainment spots in downtown Minneapolis. So far my experience in this hotel, plus the location, has been excellent, not to mention the free breakfast, which was top-tier for the price we paid. If I could rate this hotel, it would be a 100/10. I recommend this spot for anybody visiting Minnesota or for anybody looking for a getaway vacation.

The hotel was very nice and clean. I appreciated the parking in the back of the hotel and not a ramp. The ladies that work the front desk. Michelle and Nita are very helpful and a joy to encounter. They put out breakfast a little bit earlier knowing that we had to leave before breakfast hours. That was very kind of them. Cantrell made it possible to ship my daughter's forgot an item.

We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a okay. The positives, our room was super clean and so was the bathroom cleaned to. Negatives, there's construction in front of the hotel, the hotel wasn't appealing because of the construction and the location they decided to buid the Hotel at. It was confusing how to enter the hotel. I couldn't just walk into the hotel lobby to cheak in i had to wait for someone to use their hotel card to open the doors. The resturants within a 4 minute drive the majority of them are 2 stars. Overall the Staff was super nice and our rooms were clean but the pillows felt like air , it's a weird location to put a hotel at and the majority of the restaurants around the hotel was 2 stars. 3 stars out of 5.
