I had a wonderful stay because of the great staff! When I experienced issues with my reservations, Tajah and Mo (management) got on top of it. Emmanuel also made sure my reservation stayed in tact and upon my arrival, Trey provided excellent customer service and assistance. This team is A+ and made my stay great!

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel when I went to visit some friends, and the location was perfect, with many nearby places to visit. The room was comfortable and a good size, and most importantly, it was amazingly clean. The hotel felt brand new because of its excellent cleanliness. Customer service was very good—easy check-in, helpful information about services and nearby places, and an easy, convenient check-out through the app. I would absolutely stay at this property again if I return to the city. Very good hotel for its location, cleanliness, service, and price.

Stayed here for a concert with a friend, for the price we were extremely happy with the room. Parking is $25 a night indoor/outdoor parking, it’s worth it to pay for. Front desk staff was so welcoming, and went through all the amenities with us. Room was extremely clean and smelled nice, comfy beds. Stayed quiet throughout the whole night.

We used this trip to check out the hotel for an upcoming wedding for guest to stay at. What appealed to us was having breakfast along with having a bar in the lobby along with on the rooftop. We were very disappointed that neither bar opened while we were there. Probably will be looking for another hotel for all the guest to stay at.

Our room shower (where head connects to pipe) sprayed water on the floor badly; we couldn't use it, and the bed was in such a bowl shape, we rolled into the center of it. Needed pillow to prop us up to stay on one side. How these things got overlooked is amazing. Desk staff seemed unconcerned with the complaint, said they'd tell maintenance but nothing else. No, sorrys, compensation or anything. For only one night there, it wasn't worth the hassle to switch rooms as we arrived late. They could've at least pretended to care.
