3 night stay while in town for work. First night AC was out- they did get that repaired. Second night- TV wouldn't work. Third night- no hot water in mine or adjacent colleague's room. Maintenance checked out the TV and shower and "didn't find a problem", so "there's nothing we can do". Do. Not. Recommend.

On our many road trips we always stay at Home 2 whenever they're available. Hilton eating a job at putting something together and comfortable and does have the accoutrements of home . Especially enjoy having refrigerator with a freezer and a small kitchen and when necessary two separate rooms. The beds are always comfortable with extra blankets and pillows and the facilities always have spas and free breakfast and I learned on this trip they also have washers and dryers

I generally love this hotel chain. My recent stay, however, was much different. My stepdaughter in the army, my son, and I booked a room for 6 days not knowing when my husband would be discharged from the hospital after open heart surgery. They would not allow us to extend our stay one more day at the price I paid for the past 6 nights. They wanted more than double for a Tuesday night (over $400). We had been ideal guests. We told them our situation, asked for an active military discount, and they would not budge. We had to pack up and leave. All we were asking for was some compassion and a slight exception. So disappointed. Not what I expected from Tru.

Room was clean views are nice. Parking really sucks. Their valley is about $50 for 24 hours and they'll retrieve your car for you as often as you need it so if youre going in and out its not a big deal except that you want to schedule your pick up 15 minutes in advance because their ramp is like 7 blocks away. Parking near by is is 30-35$ but then you have to haul your luggage with you. If you got a lot of luggage or its late at night thats not ideal. Unlike other reviewers we actually have great service, could be that it was because the hotel general manager was there helping me. Free hot breakfast was very good as well so that was a nice bennefit for staying here. Lots of places to see around there area, we were able to walk to the stone arch bridge with a short hike.

Hard to find parking. Valet expensive especially when you're already paying for a room to stay. Ended up using Hero parking and was way cheaper to go through them to park but had to park like 5 blocks away. Wasn't bad like a 7 min walk to hotel. Front desk are friendly. Room was very modern like. Not quiet, its practically next to the police station heard sirens almost every hour and the room had a very bright red constant flashing for the fire alarm sign. You get use to it all after a few days. Stayed there a week for business trip.
