So the hotel is nice but we booked the hotel room with continental breakfast and there is no continental breakfast for our entire stay because they are having some issue with their vendors. The room is nice, but there was a used water bottle under the chair (I think little details like that matter). The toilet seat looked SUPER worn (and I have never said that about a hotel). It looked so bad I honestly didn’t want to sit on it. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The location was the only great thing about the hotel. The customer service was good. They helped get to the issue with our hotel booking and hand it very well, even was going to offer us a room until we got ours figured out but ended up figuring it out before it got to that point. However, they could have offered us a discount or upgraded our room for all the issues. When we got to our room, the room itself was very modern & spacious it was clean, the bed was a bed nothing special. However the Ac really didnt work very wellhad to open the windows which then became pretty noisy otherwise it was pretty warm in the room & ac was all the way down to 40, the phone had no cord and the TV was super nice & big & turned on but had no service & there was no directions on how to work the TV. And dont get me started on the coffee maker that was a joke! The lighting could have been brighter, yes there was the nice feature for dimming the lights but they were already pretty dim,you needed a switch to make them brighter. The Bathroom that was pretty spacious nice walk in shower but if you are going to put robes in your rooms you should have 2, 2nd have better quality ones, and 3rd have ones that can fit most people. These robes were the size that wouldn't even fit a average man. They maybe fit a lady who was a size 2 and about 5ft. Then you need more towels & better quality towels & bigger ones. And last update you website. Your website says you have a rooftop restaurant & bar. Which clearly you dont anymore. FOR THE PRICE WE PAID & THE ISSUIES WE HAD! THE ONLY THING RIGHT NOW GOING FOR THIS HOTEL IS WHERE IT IS LOCATED.

Our recent stay at the Chambers Hotel, coinciding with our attendance at a Minnesota Timberwolves game, was exceptional. We also had the pleasure of dining at Hell's Kitchen. The hotel room itself was a testament to modern artistry, and we particularly appreciated the spacious shower and bathtub, along with the excellent view of the Orpheum Theatre. Its proximity, just one block from the Target Center, was incredibly convenient. We would unequivocally choose to stay there again. The staff consistently demonstrated remarkable courtesy and responsiveness, assisting us at every opportunity.

I showed up and my room did not have any working air conditioning, nor could they provide a fan. My room reached 83 degrees. I was never informed of this. The kind employee at the desk stated they would be happy to cancel the subsequent two nights of my stay, and that the third party I booked through could contact them to get me refunded. The chambers hotel phone number and email appear to be completely unmonitored. This is unacceptable, and I feel as if I’ve been scammed out of $160. Besides the air conditioning, the hotel is obviously in really rough shape. The few employees that I saw were very kind at least. I’m not one to post public reviews, but am only doing so in hope of getting my money back.

The AC doesn't work for me nor another guest I spoke with. You can't open the windows, either. So you're stuck trying to sleep in heat over 80°F despite it being 50°F outside. Front desk doesn't answer their phone at any hour. Front desk is unmanned entirely at night, apparently. If you sleep hot this might be alright but I've slept better while parked in my car at a highway rest stop. Parking is at least $16/day. Shower, no bathtub. Good location and a clean room that comes with a white noise generator. Decently quiet for downtown.
