Room was nice and spacious. We stayed when it was hot outside and even though the room was set on 67°. It was not cool. Asked the front desk and they said that the rooms are motion detected so unless it detects a person in the room it does not cool. Website was showing a pool but when we arrived, there was no pool. When we asked, we were told that the pool had been filled about a year ago. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The food was also great. We had breakfast and dinner and both were really good. We also had drinks at the bar and the ladies attending the bar were great.

Rooms are ok. Only issue was no microwave. You have to go downstairs ( lobby) to warm, reheat or cook any microwaveable foods. Plus ( being able to take hot showers w/o temperature dropping).

Stayed here for a weekend with my family and we had a great stay. The hotel was so nice and very clean. Our rooms had plenty of space and didn’t feel cramped like most hotels. The only downsides I had experienced was that there were no microwaves in the rooms and I had a little trouble sleeping on the pillows, they tend to go flat during the night. The staff were all very friendly, Erick at the front desk was our guy! It was nice to have a friendly greeting whenever we were coming in and going out. The location was great, just an uber away from the restaurants we were going to eat at and not a bad drive if wanted to venture out a little further. The 12 o clock checkout time was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this location for a weekend getaway and I hope to visit again in the future.

Probably one of the most well run hotels I've stayed at in a long time. I've stayed at 4-5 star hotels/boutique hotels that didn't express the level of customer service the DoubleTree team did. Everyone was pleasant and engaging. Rooms were clean, comfortable, modern (modern TVs with streaming apps - very clear television. Had to make a note because I usually hate hotel tvs), clean bathroom. One thing to note was the water in my hand sink did not get hot, barely lukewarm honestly. The shower did, but the sink struggled. I didn't retract a star because the customer service was just that good. I had an issue getting a receipt for my expense report and called the hotel, the manager who answered was very prompt and helpful - explained what happened so I could correct the mistake. Wonderfully run hotel, I will be back.

We arrived late after a long day and were welcomed with the nicest customer service. Free bottled water in our room was such a nice touch. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had no problem with parking.
