Do not stay here. The staff is so rude, and honestly it ruins your entire experience. I stay in Hilton properties every week, and this place is so disappointing because it's a great location! I meal prep my food every week for my travel, and this morning I woke up and the fridge was pushing out hot air. It ruined all the food I had prepared and brought with me this week. Roughly $100 in food thrown in the trash, and now I have to eat out all week and spend more money. Kristina at the front desk didn't care and brushed it off. She had maintenance come and put a whole new fridge in the room. I have nothing to put in the fridge as everything was spoiled. Also the TV stopped working. Just an overall unenjoyable experience and I am very disappointed.

This Hilton has outstanding service, quality people working in it like Vernon and Victor who make the morning breakfast, amazing food, comfortable beds, clean rooms and good vibes. I have stayed at a lot of hotels because I travel for work, this one stood out in a huge way. The staff are all outstanding, but again a special shout out to Vernon and Victor in their restaurant, they go above and beyond! Superstars, thank you for your hard work and dedication to your jobs!!! God bless

Never had an issue here. Actually left something in one of the rooms and the employee was kind enough to let me know when I could come get it. Recommend due to free parking and proximity to restaurants, especially for working professionals. Nice to walk to get food in five minutes if you don’t want to mess around with DoorDash fees.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and clean! I was only here overnight, but all went well. Location is perfect (near restaurants, shops, and the interstate)

Every time I travel I always stay at Hilton hotels and have never had an issue ever! I booked the room on the Hilton app for two days and payed for it on the app I also did mobile check in so I didn’t have to stop at the front desk but when I tried to do mobile check out it wouldn’t let me so I had to go to the front desk. They then told me that they didn’t have my card on file and I had an outstanding balance which was the price of the entire stay and the only way to check me out was if I paid that price. The lady that was helping me at the front desk was very nice and was trying to be helpful but I had already paid for the room and had receipts showing that I paid but was still forced to pay for the entire stay again. I called costumer service and customer service tried to get them to refund me but they wouldn’t so customer service ended up refunding me and then they lied to customer service about what they were charging me for! I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all it’s not worth it!
