front desk guy was not respectful, the room walls were dirty, we saw bugs in are room and in the bathroom, there was no shampoo or conditioner provided, there were hairs in the shower, there is also criminal activity and homelessness and major drug use going on inches outside of the hotel doors and all around the hotel, screaming inside and outside of the hotel. we left within 3 hours and drove to another hotel. i called and explained all of this to the same front desk guy and he absolutely refused me a refund. i said i would report everything because thats not ok for children and he hung up on me. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE, let alone yourself.

We went to see the cost for motel in the middle of the day.We approach the gentleman at the front desk I say how just better much renting to take nap before flight.He tells 90 plus dollars with is crazy for a motel behind a Gas station and a food truck.But I digress go online and find a 59.00 dollar rate go to check in a half empty hotel he tells not till 3:00 p.m at 2:00p.m. So what till 3:00 check in the cleaning staff was nice the rooms were a little below average.

I normally do not leave reviews, but people need to be aware of my experience at this hotel. I found bed bugs in my room and ended up with multiple bites and severe itching after staying there. This was a serious health and cleanliness issue. I took photos/videos as evidence and reported it because no guest should have to deal with this. The situation made me extremely uncomfortable and completely ruined my stay. I strongly recommend checking your room carefully before unpacking or staying here.

My litte boy got injured just by getting down from the bed... From the moment I got there I wanted leave, gate look like is falling apart, too many people wondering outside and the parking lot is very small. When I finally found parking space I walked to the lobby alone because I had my little ones asleep. I made the reservation because I was too sleepy to drive 3 hours back home so the reservation was made only about 15 min prior to my arrival. And got to the hotel at 11 pm, the men/boy (not sure his age) was really short and had black hair with the style like goldy locks swinging in his face and was extremely rude. Said I was going to have to wait because he couldn't check me in due to his coworker had stepped away, the system was rebooting, and plus there was other people in front of me that he needed to help fisrt (and pointed at the people sitting in the lobby) He also didn't allow me to go pass the first door, I asked him if it would be best if I was to just cancel my reservation since it seems I was an inconveniente to him. He replied with "you can do as you like" I walked back to my car where my teen was keeping the little ones didn't feel safe sitting in my car with the kids. Someone was smoking weed it was stinking plus Someone came to my window to ask for money. I tried canceling the reservation but the website wouldn't let me. So after about 30 minutes I walked back again to the lobby. Again he was rude and looked like he was angry at the world. The room seemed clean as you walk in and the smell of pinesol is very strong. As I was putting my stuff down noticed the walls, doors and knobs were dirty. The bathroom walls had questionable stains like dry blood 😳 😐 The sheets were ripped and there was only one enter and exit door. The bathroom floor had huge long and black cracks. It was hard to fall asleep too much noise. So there was really no point of wasting my money because I couldn’t sleep anyway. The coffee ☕️ was horrible 😫 the worst I've had in my entire life 🤮 (I'm 40 and Costa Rican 🇨🇷) And to say that they have breakfast is crazy because is just cereal juice and a waffle maker. My little boy is 4 and while we were getting ready to leave he was getting down from the bed and his leg got caught by the metal bar to hold the mattress. He was screaming in pain and bleeding 😟 we got ice and wash him off, my oldest kid packed up and while I was leaving I told the man at the desk and all he said was "What was your room number?"

The hotel had a faint pesticide smell in the lobby. The room smelled like it had just been fumigated. Within 5 minutes my daughter's eyes were watering she got sick. We left immediately. They refused to refund even thought we weren't there 10 minutes, by which time my throat was feeling scratchy I would avoid this place like the black plague, unless you are trying to kill yourself on the chemicals.
