Decent budget hotel that does the basics well. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, functional bathroom. The staff was helpful when I needed restaurant recommendations. Free parking is a plus. Not fancy but everything works and it's well-maintained. Good for a quick overnight stay or a budget-conscious trip. Close to I-440 so easy to get around. Continental breakfast is fine. Gets the job done without any complaints.

Arrived into town for an event at the vet school, and unfortunately this is the one hotel within reasonable walking distance. The desk staff were friendly, helpful, and hospitable, however accommodations left a lot to be desired. I arrived and found a dead roach outside my door. I also realized the next morning one of the towels that had been left in the room had very obvious food staining from the previous guest.

I enjoyed my stay here. I was in Raleigh for the WRNC Symposium at the College of Veterinary Medicine right nextdoor, so the location was super convenient. I didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff, but what I did was cordial and friendly. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and well insulated, and it was quiet. If I had to criticize anything, the parking lot was a little tight and wonky, but even that wasn't terrible.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable for the quality. There was a good variety of breakfast options, which was a great way to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. It’s a great place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to others.

This is a great hotel, located near downtown and other attractions. I was there for a medial procedure and really didn't get to do the tourist thing. Every member of the staff was friendly and accommodating. This hotel is extremely clean and welcoming, with very nice indoor and outdoor common areas for relaxing outside of your room. The ONLY downside that I found is the the coffee they use is horrid. I will definately stay here on any subsequent visits to Raleigh.
